Me and my company were very excited about this event. The staff were very cute, the atmosphere was very nice, but...... We forgave them the mess and slow service because its their first day,I understand the stress. They didnt have idea whats on the menu, whats available or not, were asking eachother on every question we had.The menu was very unclear, not describing what comes with each item, no prices for shots etc. We asked for the real menu, and same thing was there,it just said- ramen. So we ordered ramens and tokboki, bubble tea and shots. Good thing we went with the small ramen,it cost 7+ leva and was only taken out of packet dry noodles and water, the noodles even still on square, not stirred, not even one egg or meat or anything apart from water added to it. It was hard and because the water was lukewarm would never get softer. The bubble tea was milk with a spoon of nesquik maybe,no tapioka(they didnt have any). The tokboki were small, chewy in a paper soup cup, not nice. Basicaly would never go there again and will not recommend. Biggest disappointment 🥲

The place is very cozy and very home like. The atmosphere is chill. There are many varieties of games you can play with your friends. The menu had many options of drinks and snacks. Not to mention the big chow-chow fluff that made us great company throughout the whole day. The bartender is very kind, very friendly and a cool person to chat with.

I'm sorry for the bad review, but there were just so many red flags for such a short time. The idea was so appealing that we had to check it out. And when we walked in, we were greeted by supposedly our own host. We got seated and we asked for a menu. Red flag number one: There isn't one. We were shown a couple of flying papers, that had some drinks and foods listed on them (no more than three each), and the prices were unexplained and shady. After we finally figured out what to order out of the "impressive" six options, the host played one game of exploding kittens with us, which was for about 5 minutes in total. Then they disappeared. The food, which was ramen, came in a cold pot, swimming in cold water. There were also three shots of sake per person. We were immediately asked to pay.. THIRTY LEVA EACH. For one portion of cold, uncooked, store-bought noodles and three tiny shots of sake.. Before we left, we saw two girls that I heard one of which saying: "It's not worth it to wait so long for some tea and a mochi.", and they left. So.. 3.5 out of ten. Would not recommend and would not return..

the cookies were pretty great, but everything else was unfortunately sub par. service was not good - we were practically ignored by the staff (i'm wondering if its because we had women in our group, and we were at a 'maid cafe'). they didn't have proper menus, they were just loose flashcard-esque papers. the prices were not very good - 20lv for 3 cookies, half a cup of tea in a paper cup + attention we did not receive. the staff did not know the menu, even though the items were not many. the maid spilled a drink on someone from the group (they did apologize, which was nice). i did quite like the show they put on (the disastrous life of saiki k, i recommend it), but overall - a disappointment

Went to their (re)opening with some friends. Disorganized service which we forgave given that it was their first day. However, prices were ridiculous for what's on offer.
1 ramen (store bought noodles, basic broth with nothing in it)+ 3 shots of sake = 30 leva.
Same for topboke. Basic store bought container with nothing extra + 3 shots = 30 leva.
1 basic coffee and 3 pieces of mochi = 20 leva.
The offering was so low effort it felt like they were not even trying. Do not recommend.
After a tiring day, this is all I needed, an Incredible opening party!!
Thank you to the owners for providing us with an environment where we can feel safe and have fun! Thank you to the Maids as well, for making the experience even better!
I very much enjoyed the homey vibe of the event, truly made me feel like I knew all the people there. The food was incredible, and the staff were very professional, even after a whole day of constant pressure. The people that complain about the prices, are the same people who will pay 70leva for an event, and do nothing in it, just because its "famous" or is the "event if the year". Don't bring the cafe down, just because you cannot appreciate it.

Very cozy place. It`s aimed at eastern cultures Manga/Anime/Cosplays/K-pop but anyone can have a cup of amazing coffee in a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. We did not try the food but there are packed snacks and sandwiches.
