Great food and as an added bonus: this restaurant makes their own kombucha and tepache. As a practical tip: please bear in mind the main courses are pretty filling. We didn’t and ended up ordering way too much (which in a way is also a good thing, because everything was really good). Second practical tip: their dessert game is strong. We tried different options from the menu and we loved everything! Our favourites were the crepe susette and the homemade kombucha! The Belgian owner was very nice and welcoming. The music was chill and very pleasant. No traffic noise, despite being outside. The whole atmosphere was just perfect! It's really a pity that we discovered this place on our last night in Luang Prabang, we would have come here multiple times with no doubt! :) (Sorry for the empty-plate picture, everything was very good and we forgot to take more pics of the food!) What a find, the food here is amazing for the price! The lovely owners have created a extensive, tasty menu to cater to all kinds of eating preferences. We had 4 dishes, all were amazing Chicken Tacos Chicken (shawarma style) Sandwich Lasagne Mash Potatoes The Sandwich was the highlight for me. You can tell they made almost everything in it, including the bun. Such fresh and bold flavours. Highly recommended this place if you want a break from Lao food without breaking the bank. Great local spot off the beat and path, but worth every step. Laid back, has lots of vegan/vegetarian options, and incredible flavor. A world-class chef who fell in love with Laos and never turned back. Pretty awesome to get this type of quality and atmosphere all wrapped up in one.
