Summary: A very calm and serene cafe in the midst of a gorgeous nature reserve. Good coffee, amazing cinnamon croissant. Details: a large, bright cafe with windows on almost every wall, accessible over a sturdy and wide bridge. There is some outdoor seating on the deck, and lots of seating inside focused around the wrap-around serving bar. They do great coffee, but don’t ask for an iced mocha as the chocolate doesn’t dissolve properly and it’s grainy (it wasn’t even on their menu though, so I won’t review them badly for it!). The prices are as expected, there is cute artwork on the menu blackboards and the food is all presented really well. The toilets are clean and tidy, and the servers are polite and also presented really well and professionally! No loud music, meaning it’s not overwhelming for neurodivergent visitors, and the gaps between tables are wide enough for wheelchair users. I had the traditional Swedish beef patty with beetroot, peas and potatoes. May sound just regular but it was really good! I can recommend it! The service was so cute while explaining the menu in English. And then the atmosphere… it felt like being in the mountains in one of the cozy cabins. I loved it!

Authentic Swedish experience. Beef thingy was very good and the salmon (lax) was also very good, very nice view and was a nice setting with my uncle and cousins

Nice restaurant in a nature reserve. Food was good. We had the fish dish for lunch. Lovely outdoor seating by the pond. One can take a nice walk in the park after the meal. The only minus, the staff does the job but the service is rather dry and impersonal.

Absolutely must do if in the area: excellent place to sit, hike nearby, lunch formula incl. Main dish, bread, salad, water and coffee for 140skk. Friendly staff. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person kr 100–200
