Delicious and fabulous meal! Bagel, cream cheese and salmon legit. Scrambled eggs, avocado and tomato with toast, grilled cheese with caramelized onions... Latte, galão... Great café with curious art-deco styling and relaxing vibe inside. Huge unicorn/pegasus mural by Pomar inside which probably makes it unique. Staff and customers can be heard speaking English (don't know if that's a good thing). Galão and croissants are divine.

Staff were very helpful. We started on having a drink and moved to having lunch, a burger and a salad. Well priced and really good meals. The outside area is also under cover so provides a bit of shade if needed. Would certainly recommend if in the area. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person €10–15

Beautiful Art Deco style decor dominated by the round wall with large windows, the chandeliers and the large Pomar's engraving. Excellent location just at the side of the local open air market. Service is average these days but quality still prevails. I go there every time I visit Caldas. Never felt disappointed.

The local café in Caldas on the fresh market square. All round Portuguese coffee and pastry culture, also do lunch. Nice covered terrace and overall good local vibe.

I seem to keep repeating myself when I write about cafe, food restaurants in Portugal, mercifully I haven't had to write a negative review yet, but this cafe is just as good as all the cafes I have visited up and down the country, service is good,staff attentive, food is great, and I love the art deco style building, the portuguese do simple food really well and serve great coffee and this cafe is no different, another of my watering holes I enjoy visiting, because its all good. Worth a visit if you are visiting the market place in Caldas da Rainha.

Cute cafe with nice outdoor area with shade. Good savory crepe, delicious fresh orange juice and gelato! Vegetarian/vegan option exists. Tosta sandwiches, as well.

Great offer of quality food in a enjoyable historical local "café". And the presence of a great peace of art of Julio Pomar, a wonderful panel.
