I visit this restaurant very often, today my partner decided to try the meat roll.. Its worse roll ever! Service is poor, menus are dirty. So sad to see how this brand gets worse day by day...
Delicious sushi maki; my children love it. Always fresh food with a great and healthy selection for vegetarians. Convenient location, cozy atmosphere, and the air quality is fresh.

Came here for iftar. Ordered lentil soup and chicken salad with parmesan. Lentil soup was okay, however the salad took very long to arrive. By that time my appetite was gone. When my "salad" arrived, the chickens were over fried. It was rock hard and too oily. The cheese was supposed to be parmesan however it was cheddar. Cafecity was never like this. I have some health problems concerning my stomach and if I ate those oily and over fried chicken I'm afraid I would end up in hospital.

The service was very bad, with waiters being slow and inattentive. They didn't come to our table for a long time, and when they finally did, the service was still poor. The food was also not good and didn't meet our expectations. Overall, the experience was very unpleasant and we would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Poor vision of the manager on the night of September 28, 2018. I asked for Hawaiian pizzas for our group and he said no. He offered to bring Margherita pizzas with the pineapple on the side, if we wanted, but they wouldn't add and bake the pineapple on the pizzas. The reason, they don't have Hawaiian pizza and they only do whatever is on the menu. I had eaten there three previous recent times. I have tried their pizza, crepes, chicken salad and a cheese sandwich. Food menu in form of a magazine with plenty of well-taken pictures offers several options from hamburgers to sushi and desserts, but in all my food orders, seasoning and flavor has been plain and ordinary. Pizza dough is thin, but not crisp options. Although attractive to local customers, there's nothing spectacular if you are used to food from western countries. What I liked about the place though, is that it works well for group gatherings. They have a wide layout and decent atmosphere. Fortunately, there are about three similar options on the same floor in the mall. Some staff speak intermediate English. Place is clean and they have WiFi and accept credit cards (even without pin). There are two toilets, one for a man and a one for women, who tend to wait in line to use it.
