El Mirador is a restaurant with an awesome view and cool staff, but unfortunately, the food is a letdown. The breathtaking scenery from the restaurant is a treat for the eyes, and the friendly staff adds a welcoming touch to the dining experience. However, the food quality is disappointing, leaving much to be desired. Despite the beautiful setting and pleasant service, the lackluster dishes fail to impress. If you're seeking a place for ambiance and drinks, El Mirador might be worth a visit. However, for a satisfying culinary experience, you may want to explore other dining options. 🏞️🍽️👀

Customer service from our female server was definitely lacking. There were times we needed refills & some napkins but our server doesn't check up on us, and I would notice her just standing & chatting at the bar area with the other servers at times.
At the entrance, there was a long line. My wait-time for a table was 30-40 mins. when I got there around 9:15pm; There was a lot of tourists there, just like myself.
the Mexican burger & the "mal y tier" pizza was pretty good.
Also, the place is very beautiful. & Nice to have some live music, which ended 1 hour before closing time

This places has a great view, that's why it's name is "El Mirador".
The caferia doesn't accept credit or debit cards, so bring cash.
Pay attention on the menu because waffles and crepes are just served on afternoons.
Pizzas are decent and beverages could be better.

Its hard to say if I'll come back. Decoration is nice in 1st floor only. 2nd Floor looks kind of plain, but there are things that I really disliked:
-They tell you at first that they don't take card payment, if you tell them that you don't have cash (they say that they "will ask" if you can pay with card but I really didn't saw the waitress ask anybody... looks like they're fishing for tips in cash to me, but I hate to be misslead intentionally so...
-Food is just ok, nothing very good and pizza is extremely expensive with a mediocre taste to say the least. I will definitely never ask for pizza again... if I ever go back. Flavor is just plain and they should charge half of current price for it. Although, to be fair, I think its a little bit bigger than other places I usually go but I'm not 100% about that.
-When I asked for a glass of water, they took forever to get it and had to ask more than once what had happened. At the end, we ask for leftovers to go and they got us a to go package to do it ourselves even at the risk to do a total mess of it. That's another no no for me.
-When It was finally time to leave, we had to go to the counter since card terminal was walk there and "signal" didn't reach 2nd floor they said. We noticed a rules sign for waitress and they were really unfair like, if you are 5 mins late your tips will be deducted 15%, if you are 10 mins late it will be 25% and so on. If they didn't checkout even if worked the whole shift they will deduct a whole day and things like that.
Overall, don't recommend it if you dont want to risk it and have a bad experience, even more if you want to celebrate a special occasion.

Can't really rate the place as didn't noticed that open late and I went there early morning.
One thing I noticed was that is kinda hard to get there as there's some steep streets where some cars will struggle to make it.
