The staff were both great and helpful while the atmosphere was nice and clean. The parma ham sandwiches were superb but for my chicken burger, as much as the chicken and the veggies were good, the burger bun got burned from the toaster so it was a bit of a struggle to consume. Modern, quiet place with great variety of coffee, cold drinks and hot dishes. You can order snacks pizzas pasta toast etc. The prices are very good and the quality is high. There are many tables both inside and outside, there is WiFi. You order directly at the counter then they give you a card with the number and you are served directly at the table.

Just Not. The coffee taste awful the waiter just crab with bare hands the food and a minute before had some coins in her hand. The only thing thats good was the barista that tries to serve with a cold coffee that i ask for, and the cashier just said we dont do that no smile no even an effort to try.

Lady gave me less change without telling me. When I her asked her why she said because there wasn’t enough change in the register. You tell the customer then, goofy. Anyway, sandwich was trash and overpriced. This is for the small caffe vergnano kiosk at the front of the mall, not the restaurant at the back. I went there first and they were out of all the food I asked for. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch

Variety of food and snacks to choose from, at good prices too. State of the cafe though leaves much to be desired. Although well staffed, tissue servers on the tables were in a disgusting state, as were the numerous tissues on the floor. Espresso was also not good. Would expect much better from a cafe with a renowned brand name.

Took chicken risotto which was lovely . Nice and peaceful atmosphere. Made me feel welcome ❤

The coffee shop is very beautiful and cleanly kept. Food was good but I ordered a Ceaser Salad, but no one not even the manager could find any Ceaser dressing to serve with the salad. The staff are like headless chicken and know nothing about service.

Love this place, i visit quite often with my mother during the week whilst shopping and browsing around. We love the sofas and enjoy our coffee and pot of tea. I would only adjust the music volume to be a bit lower though as sometimes we cant speak properly.
