Seaside restaurent with superb view of nearby waters. Very popular among locals and holiday goers. However, food is much above average and cocktails list is of special surprise. Attentive service makes a lunch or dinner experience memorable. I will come again.

The food is delicious, the atmosphere is pleasant. But we ordered vodka and it was disgusting like water, I think that it has expired for a long time ... .. I called the waitress girl, she was still arguing with me, she was very rude. She gave me another dose of vodka, but nothing different. My whole evening was ruined. I won’t come back to you anymore. Stunning views right on the beach, of where the lagoon meets the sea. Service is friendly, food is very good and you can’t ask for much more. A great stop if you are in the area Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

Amazing views and great food. Very cool and stylish decoration. I had octopus (polvo a lagareiro), which was delicious, well cooked and seasoned. The restaurant is very clean and staff are friendly. Highly recommended

Very good experience. Great octopus and tuna main dishes. The dessert was wonderful, a olive and honey pudding that can bring you to the heaven. Nice place with a sea view.

Terrible Service. The girl that needs braces with the nose piercing has a serious attitude problem and we left simply because of her attitude towards us which left us not even wanting to give the restaurant our patronage. Not sure if it’s because we are foreign as she was intentionally avoiding our table and acting as if she was doing us a favour whilst being normal to the other Portuguese customers. It’s very unfortunate as we live in the area and used to frequent Cais da Praia a lot but the service just keeps getting worse each visit. Maybe you need to re evaluate your hiring process to make sure you hire people who will actually treat your customers warmly and not chase them away. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

Amêijoas were divine!!! Ceviche also super fresh! Didn’t love the burguer and seafood soup, but really good food, and the view is awesome!

Great setting to enjoy lunch or dinner. I’m always cautious when eating beachside as my experience tells me the quality will not be there. Certainly not the case here. All plates were very good with attentive service. I have to mention this little detail that’s very often overlooked… when ordering dessert our server (Sara) asked if we would like the espresso with the dessert or after. Those details show they are thinking of the customer. Beautiful location too!
