The friendliest and most attentive lounge staff! 3 drinks per person ( wine and beer ) they have a stand with chips and nuts. You can also order small quesadillas ( 3 triangles) with "guac", which is a green salsa with a little kick

The only people that would rate this place as having good food are people that are still drunk. Food options are: chips (generic at best), nuts, cup of noodle soup (they were out, but what a joke). They did have some drinks, but nothing special. On top of all of this everyone these days has a priority pass so there is a wait. This place is absolutely horrible and by far worst lounge i have been at. In addition to all of this they smashed 50 chairs in a tiny place, there is no place to move. Bathrooms are also not so clean. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

Smaller lounge, but better than the chaos of the terminal. Although close to full, still very chill atmosphere. Margaritas are free, as well as beer & wine. They also have a full bar with decent prices compared to an airport in the US. Got in with Priority Pass, but $20 for one person or $35 for two people. Wifi was good, makes me happy to have Priority Pass.

AVOID AT ALL COST!!! I do not recommend this place (even if you get in for free with priority pass). The woman in the reception is extremely unprofessional (making faces and laughing when we addressed the fact that she was rude as if she was above it all). Also her colleague (another girl, not the guy) was the worst and rude and kept giving the customers orders and treating us like animals literally. They make you feel trapped in their little prison (the opposite of what a VIP experience is supposed to be), people like that shouldn’t be working with people. Poor internet service as well as basic food, drinks not included, small space with no windows… I wouldn't go back even if they paid me, a completely ridiculous experience! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The Caral Vip lounge has nothing vip about it. For $20 usd per person you get to wait for your flight in more comfortable chairs.The fee includes 2 canned drinks which could be beers or some sort of soft drinks. Cocktails and wine were extra. Also included were bag of chips, wifi and larger restroom. I found the lounge to be clean, but quite crowded & Noisy. The staff seemed to do more standing around than actually serving customers. Other than the more comfortable seats, The lounge felt no different than being in the airport waiting area.

3 free beers? The worst VIP lounge I’ve ever been to. I guess the free peanuts & chips are considered gourmet here! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This lounge is such a nice respite from the insanely chaotic departure terminal area just outside it's doors. It's small, but very calming and nice. The employees are extremely attentive and helpful. Also, you can't knock free drinks and food, not to mention wifi. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We paid approximately $20 per person for this over priced lounge. The lounge is very small, and while it helps with the chaos of the airport, it is not like other airport lounges. Snacks are only small bowls of peanuts and chips, and only soft drinks, cheap wine, and beer are included. We were not even allowed to take bottled waters out of the lounge. $70 for 4 people and not even a bottled water! Any alcohol was extra, and while the people were nice and sanitized everything, it was not what I would expect from a lounge day pass. Also, a day is only three hours and then you have to pay again. Unbelievable

Crowded room with no snacks or food on display. Staff occasionally walk around with a tray with chips. It’s just a very small room with some chairs. They do have a small bar.
