Their food is great. Service is awesome. Their food portions are generous, prices are reasonable too. We enjoyed the chilled vibe. The service was great. Valentino, the waiter, was amazing. He was kind, served us with a smile and was attentive. Would highly recommend this place for a chilled date.

I don’t usually do these reviews but here we go - Coffee was below average, food was not great, huge group of staff were huddled up in a corner outside having a rave, so much so that I decided to sit inside because it became a bit loud outside. That being said my waitress was lovely and the service was the better part of my breakfast.

What an experience at Caramello's Preller Square Bloemfontein! We arrive at 18:10 after work to enjoy a nice pasta dish, while we enter we see a server packing up the chairs, we asked for a place to sit but was greeted with a "We are closed," even though their hours stipulate that they are open until 19:00. I politely asked to speak to the manager. We walked in and found the manager at a booth on her cellphone, clearly enjoying her life and the salary she receives. I asked politely if they are open and was replied with a "Our Kitchen Closes At 18:30, So Only If It Is A Emergency." I decided to compose myself and rather go to somewhere where a customer is appreciated. Why post your hours on Google when you decide when you close? I think that 50 minutes is rather enough to prepare at least a mediocre meal? Caramello's please ensure that you update your hours before people drive to only find the person in charge enjoying TikTok's!

Always special when greeted with a smile and excellent service. Food delicious and plated beautifully. Big surprise for us from the platteland - "dubbeldoor" eggs which in mostly found in organic farming practices. Loved it! Tumelo, was a star and really made us feel welcome!

Our regular coffee and brunch place when visiting Bloem. The waiters never forgets a face, always greet you with a warm welcome. AND I discovered their take away area!!! The food is to die for, coffee is out of this world (especially with the cookie) and our kid loves being there!
Most delicious dinner we had in a long time. Tender steak, grilled to perfection. And a special thank you to Happiness, our waiter, for excellent service. Highly recommended!
