One of my favorite Caribou’s. Great staff. I didn’t rate atmosphere as I used the drive through. And I love the dark chocolate hot chocolate. Gets expensive to order very often

We frequent many Caribou coffee shops and this shop was a new one for us. We both had americanos but the taste is very weak, not like we’re accustomed to at any other Caribou we’ve been to. Tastes mostly like hot water and milk with a slight after taste of coffee.
We really like Caribou coffee because it’s always been consistent, which is why we avoid Starbucks.
The atmosphere was warm and welcoming as was the staff. Service was pretty quick too!

I used to come to this location every day and loved it. I've since moved and only make it here about once per month now. The last 3 times in a row, my coffee lid has leaked, creating a big mess in my car and my work desk. It is super frustrating.

I don't like to leave low reviews, however, I know the potential and expectations of a Caribou. The good: Quality of coffee and food is very good. Space to work is good. Convenient and good overall atmosphere. Not good: Baristas are not up to expected friendliness of other Caribous. The shop is very unkempt. (I've been here several times and it is the same): Trash on floor, coffee poured on trash and condiment bar, full trash, pallet of boxes always right in front, bathrooms full of toilet paper and towels all over floor and plugged. (I know this shop in particular has had difficulty getting staff the last couple years, so I'm sure that is contributing) I will come here again, but I know they can, and should, do better.
This location was good at one time however, it has become really bad. I've given them a couple chances but both times my drink tastes disgusting, and I don't drink it until I get home so ultimately I have to throw it away, it's that gross. Waste of my time and money. Not going back here. At least there are many other caribou locations that you can go to. I would avoid this location.

I have a complaint about my store visit this morning. I placed an order on the app for a medium Earl Grey Tea Latte for a walk in pick up. I was pleased to see that my drink was ready and waiting for me as I arrived. However the weight of the drink felt very light when I picked it. I opened up to see that it was only 2/3 full with at least 3.5 inches from the top of the cup. I paid $6 for this drink. When I brought this to the attention of the cashier, she made zero eye contact with with me and mumbled something that I could barely hear and walked away with my drink. It was clear she felt I was an inconvenience. When she showed it to the barista, I saw them both shaking their heads. At this point I was very uncomfortable for even asking to have a top off of milk. Once they gave the drink back to me, I examined the drink to see that they filled it only another inch. So basically I paid $6 for a $3.50-$4 worth of a cup. Instead of mentioning anything again, I just left. I am letting you know that I will not be going to this location anymore and I will be spreading the word about how rude your employees are to customers. And that the drinks here are not satisfactory.

Had to go to the caribou that knew me to right this stores wrong. I tried so hard to drink it but I couldn’t take it! Waste of my time and a tip! What I ask for and got and what I was replaced with!

This Caribou location had friendly, helpful service and a quick order turnaround. My beverage tasted great. The inside of the building felt a bit rundown compared to other Caribou locations, but it was still cozy and comfortable. It's also s but smaller than most other locations I've been to.

This location has produced my last 3 drinks terribly and I will not return to this location again. I highly recommend getting into 100S and going to the W Lake Street location, they have consistently made good drinks for me.
Caribou recently changed the chocolate in their milk and dark mochas. This was a horrible decision. The chocolate have a weird after taste, making them undrinkable. Funny how a corporate wonk can make a decision, more than likely trying to save a few pennies all the well, killing their mocha sales from long-time customers.
