I absolutely love this location. Every visit rather if I’m solo or with a guest customer service is amazing. Also most of the staff know my order 🤭🤗 soon as they see me . So this drink is the blended Turtle Mocha cooler Truffle with cream pop with the caramel and milk chocolate drizzle in the cup. And if you’re not a perks member please sign up to gain points for freebies, upgrades, etc. you won’t be disappointed. Everyone was so nice inside the store, the girls were so helpful, thank you so much. I tried a new item food, and it was delicious. Is called Gluten-Free Spinach, Artichoke, Egg & Provolone, is really good!!! Also, I ordered one of the mochas drink, it good also. My wife and I decided to go for walk and since we both like Caribou Coffee, we stopped in for coffee and I got my wife a bagel with cream cheese and I got cinnamon coffee cake. The coffee was good, muffin was super delicious. Service was lacking though. The girls were talking in the back for 5mins before even noticing me at the counter. Once my order was taken, they went back to chatting and had no interest in anything else. Service Take out Food: 5 Service: 1

Fast service, employees were very friendly! I got a pretzel stick, which was a bit overpriced but it was very good! The tables were a bit dirty, nothing too much that bothered me. Service Dine in Meal type Other Price per person $1–10

I LOVE this location! The girls who work at this location are beyond professional. They greet you when you walk in, are always smiling and so kind and friendly. I have not yet met a bad employee here. Literally always have a good experience when I stop in. The ladies who work the weekday morning shift greet me by name too! It's so refreshing and rare to find a business with employees like this now a days. I don't write many reviews but these lovely ladies are absolutely worth it!!! It is such a nice "pick me up" everytime I stop in, and I'm not talking about the coffee- which is always served FAST!! Bravo to you ladies! Being in customer service is not easy but you all do a fabulous job ❤️ Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Finally got the chance to try the Starbucks of Minnesota. Caribou coffee definitely does not disappoint. It has all your standard coffee drinks and lots of flavored options in both hot and cold. Great service. A clean store front and definitely will be visiting more of these while we're in town instead of Starbucks. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

This place is always clean whenever I go and service is usually pretty fast. I like Caribou but if you haven't been to one before, ALWAYS ask for VERY light ice (there is a difference between light ice and very light ice BTW). I forgot to ask today and ordered a cold brew and this was how much ice was leftover.
