They run out of half and half almost every weekend and instead of buying some (they're located in a grocery store) they give you heavy cream to use. When I suggested they buy half and half they say they can't. Really lame policy and definitely poor ordering skills for products since this happens so often
I went to the Caribou in order to work on my laptop. While I wouldn't say it was the best for that, it was ok. Plus, everything else was good. If you're just going to get coffee this is a great place!
If you're a Lunds & Byerly's customer and know that they can contain Caribou Coffees, you're in luck. If you're not privy to such knowledge, good luck finding the store as THERE IS NO CARIBOU SIGN ON THE BUILDING'S EXTERIOR, THE DOORS, OR THE MALL MARQUEE. Fortunately, the staff is friendly and they've got good beverages.
Only one person in front of me and waited 20 minutes for 2 blended drinks. Dakota made hot chocolate wrong for the person in front of me and I had to wait for hers to be remade. There were four people working there should be no reason to wait 20 minutes for two drinks when there isn’t even a line of people
Although it was in a store and a bit confusing to find while in the parking lot, the staff was very friendly and helped me with my orders. The drinks were delicious.
Caribou is a great regional chain of coffee shops, not as big as Starbucks, but they have quality products, well trained staff and comfortable spaces to hang and work or chat!
A nice alternative to the other major coffee purveyor - these locations have a wider selection of bakery item this and other incidentals that make it feel more homey than the samonte antiseptic experience at the competitors - the prices are good, the staff is friendly, the experience is professional but homie - highly recommended
