Order wrong. Messiest sandwiches of all fast food. Multiple times now I have to pull the sandwich apart and rebuild it because of the poor craftsmanship from the employees. Staff was polite and service was quick, but I will not return do to the automated ordering system. Felt completely rushed and I had no idea what was placed on my order. Ordered through Doordash and for some reason they kept switching Dashers. First Dasher said order was going to be late, then unassigned themselves from the delivery...after 4 different drivers, my order got cancelled entirely. The last Dasher said the STORE told him someone else picked up the order already. If that's the case, where's my order?! I've waited over an hour! Tried calling the store and no answer then they took the phone off the hook so no calls could get in. The other annoying part was waiting on hold for Doordash to get any answers. Outstandingly delicious double beyond Burger s here. The drive-thru stuff is always friendly cool and they get the food out fresh and right the first time. To beyond burgers are kind of pricey but when you're in a hurry this is a new go-to. Whether it's healthy or not is probably debatable. Get rid of that ridiculous automated system!!! I ordered a breakfast burrito with hot sauce and that thing said Buffalo back to me. Then it's actually in the bag instead of the employee having brains enough to put actual Salsa in the bag with a Burrito. I'm not even using your automated system when I drive thru anymore.
