Good chicken sandwiches, western burgers and tacos are the tastiest dishes. You can order tasty biscuits. This fast food provides the good milkshakes selection. Carl's Jr is well known for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. Low prices are what you will pay for your meal. From the guests' point of view, the atmosphere is lovely. But this place hasn't received a high rating from Google users.

We came in after the lunch hour rush. There were no other customers inside, and only a couple of cars in the drive through. I stood at the order counter for over 5 min. But none of the staff said anything nor acknowledged me. Don't bother stopping in this place. I would give service 0 stars if it was allowed. We ended up leaving and headed down to the Dairy Queen near Sullivan. Way better service and value for food. Carl's Jr management, change or retrain the staff at this store ASAP. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I made a mobile order for a chocolate shake and an order of onion rings. My shake looked like it had melted, and instead of onion rings, I had chicken tenders. When I mentioned that the shake was watery, he said (irritated), I guess I'll make it again. It was literally the same shake. Worst $12.42 I ever spent. I live on the North side and work in the Valley and enjoy having a variety of places to eat, but I will never eat at the Carl's Jr.'s in the Valley on Sprague Ave, again. Younger workers with their terrible attitudes are ruining the fast food experience. Imagine everyone started bringing their own lunches, at least we get what we want, how we want, without the Attitudes. If you don't want to work, don't take the job. Food: 1 Service: 1

I'm getting really sick of this store not actually being open in the mornings despite the 'Open' sign being turned on. Operating hours start at 6am, and I usually try to get something closer to 7. Without fail, no one has the headset on, no one comes to the window, and they've even takilen to leaving the phone off the hook so no one can call. I understand being short staffed, but I have absolutely seen one guy manage the place on his own. This is just lazy. Service: 1

We were greeted with friendly and quick service. We had the Sourdough Star Double and it was delicious, highly recommend! My normal choice is the Big Carl because it's the best burger anywhere! The food here is definitely pretty good. Definitely better than the other burger-selling fast food joints in the area. The quality is nice, and order accuracy is pretty good. Yes, I've had a few orders messed up a couple of times, but when I brought it up to the staff, they were more than happy to rectify the issue. The restaurant itself is clean and the staff is friendly (don't be a jerk to them or anyone working in the food industry. They work hard on a thankless job.). I've dined in and and went through the drive through and both times were quick and good. I've had things like cheeseburgers, waffle fries, chicken nuggets, and sausage and cheese biscuits. Everything was good for a fast food restaurant. It had flavor and was hot. The veggies used were crisp and fresh. Our order was correct also. I'd go back again, great prices and deals too. Waited 15 minutes in the drive thru and the food was missing it's sauce. Someone must've called in sick to work but even if that was the case, the chicken sante fe wraps should've been sauced up Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Wow!! Best fast food I’ve had, best Carls Jr I’ve been too also! Was fast service, everything was hot and fresh! I have never been to a place where the food was so hot and put together so well. If I could give them a zero star I would, I came in the lobby on Christmas Day because the door was open. I was rudely approached by the whole staff that I need to get out because the lobby is closed. I’m doing Uber eats and was picking up and order that said it was ready. So I proceeded to ask if it was ready and he told me no without even looking. Then kept telling me to get out. I understand it’s Christmas but it’s not my fault you have to work so don’t take it out on your customers. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Teresa is a badass, I ordered my regular cheat day combo, and she hooked me up with an extra burger and a larger shake because they were out of a whip cream. Could also tell she enjoyed what she was doing and was a hoot. Only problems I’ve had at this location are when they don’t have fry sauce, if that’s the biggest of someone’s complaints, they’re doing alright.
