I had to write this review because the staff and manager, Eric Michaels, who assisted in placing a delivery order went above and beyond! Carrabba's is my best friend's favorite restaurant. Recently, her father passed. I called to ask for assistance in choosing foods to feed her family and make things easier for her during this challenging time. The staff members I spoke with were incredibly helpful and kind even when I needed to call back a few times! The manager took the time to make sure not only was the cost affordable, but he made sure everything was delivered ready to serve and on time. She said the food was delicious, and it made my friend's day just that much easier. I just cannot say enough! I highly recommend Carrabba's restaurant, and I would give it ten out of ten stars if possible!

Chicken Fettuccine
Usually a good experience. Unfortunately, my last few weren’t the best. The food was great. But my wife and I checked in at 5:56. We left at 7:23pm the one time. Wasn’t packed on this day. We seemed to have been forgotten about. There were others that came after us, got their meal and ate and left while we were still waiting for our entrees. Our server looked a bit uneasy and that’s understandable but to see others be told “I’m sorry” and see things come off of others people’s bills. While we weren’t even really checked on and no apology at all… made it a undesirable experience….. as I said the food was great. We ate our appetizer but ended up getting boxes and not eating our entrees this time as we were there for an hour and a half and needed to leave.
