I have had Carusos many times and it is always good food from the pizza to salads to sandwiches we had Carusos cater our wedding on 10/7/23 and they knocked it out the park. Everyone enjoyed the food through out the night. Thanks again Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Family has been going about every weekend for over a year. We get there as soon as we can after work, but sometimes we have to work later than expected and get there 30 to 40 min before closing. It has been a great experience until recently, with new staff. Did not appreciate the feeling of being rushed out while trying to hurry and finish a meal shortly after closing with them turning all the bright lights on.

Today my wife and I decided to go inside for a to go order rather than delivery. This is the best pizza I've had in a while. Even their crust is good. Quite a fan of crispy mini pepperoni cups. The guy manning the register was a pleasure as well. I will be trying their desserts next time. May cost a little more than the average sub shop but for the quality food and above average atmosphere, it's worth it. On Saturday, July 2, 2022, we (my wife, two small children, and myself) tried Caruso’s in the Spokane Valley for the first time. We had wanted to try it for at least the past year so we were glad to finally give it a try. The restaurant itself is spotless, comfortable, and smells really food. You order up front at the counter. We were given excellent service by the guy who took our order. When we were ordering pizza for our 5-year-old and 2-year-old we planned to order them a cheese pizza to split but the employee suggested we would get a better deal if we ordered them each a half cheese pizza as a drink would come with it. We appreciated that suggestion! So, as you probably know by now, my kids got cheese pizza. My wife ordered a half sandwich and a half salad. Both items were large for being halves! They offer pasta bowls and I ordered the Italian Bowl which is spaghetti pasta with meatballs, Italian sausage, marinara sauce, onions, feta cheese, and olives (I held the olives). It was served with a big, fresh bread stick. We all really enjoyed our food. The total was $50…so I would say that the prices aren’t cheap but they aren’t too pricey either. We enjoyed our experience and would probably return.

I've never had Caruso's pizza, but imagined they were as wonderful as their sandwiches. Tonight, I called ahead to find out how big the "Mother Lode" pizza was, and was told 3 people would have about 4 pieces each. With the list of toppings I saw, I thought it would be enough for us. Not nearly enough! 2 of us got 3 pieces each and I had 2. They were small slices with very little toppings. I saw a tiny bit of cheese, and almost no meatballs. Mostly sliced spinach, Chipotle sauce and onions. Yummy pizza, but be sure of what you're buying. Not worth $20. And not near enough for 2 adults and 1 child. Grant is seriously the best! The food accompanied with the incredible staff makes this place a favorite of mine! I always get the pardon my French dip and it is to die for every time. The cake was amazing. The gas fireplace on the enclosed porch was warm and inviting. The staff bent over backwards to find us all something yummy including the vegans who were with me. The vegan pizza attempt was kinda sad but the staff really tried and they were good natured about it.
