The best sushi in Montevideo. Unbelievable combination of flavors and pieces. Not one you are not gonna love. It is also the best experience for big groups to have lunch or dine in. We were a big 20+ group of people. They greeted us beautifully, made a nice long table for all of us and recommended the “Magnum boats” which are big wooden boats that “carry” to the table 64 pieces of sushi. We tried many different flavors, combinations, even veggie ones! I am not an expert on sushi nor I like everything I’ve tried but I loved every piece I tried there. Excellent combination all of them. I recommend Magnum here or in Arocena. It might be a little over your budget sometimes but when you are looking to have an experience like this, it is so worth it! Don’t hesitate. The place is nice and the service is good. They offer sushi and burgers. The burgers are really good. The sushi is not the best sushi in town if you are looking for a more traditional Japanese sushi option, but it's really tasty and original if you're looking for a South American sushi option. The place worth a visit.

Great experience! Delicious sushi and other Asian inspired dishes in a casual and but elegant setting. They also offer more traditional western meals like hamburger sandwiches with twisted “gourmet” presentations. Additionally, they offer an original and tasty cocktail menu and the staff service is kind and fast.

This place was amazing and I will be taking family back here. From the cuisine (I had sushi rolls) to the unique and inventive cocktails (miso Negroni) and top notch service with easy parking in a nice neighborhood.

An interesting Japanese/Peruvian "take" on sushi and ceviche. Fresh ingredients,pleasant service,relaxed "buzzy" crowd. The sushi rolls are a little heavy on Philadelphia which seems a South American thing I cannot just blame on Uruguay but the rolls and ceviche I found without cream cheese were fresh and good perhaps lacking a little "kick" but again it is South America and plainer tastes are the thing. I liked it and definitely will try again. Prices are within reason for fresh seafood.

If you'd like to pay for a cheap meal in an encironment where mostly everything is black, followed by very loud music, furnished with cold metalic chairs ant tables surrounded by plastic fake plants from top to bottom, and eat small portions of sushi next to someone eating very odourly burguers while witnessing how the the man in the kitchen barely rinses the tip of the glasses another customer just used, then you will for in love for the kitsch combination Magnum provides in a fancy neighbourhood yet served by an all-male staff.
