I have nothing negative to say. Jesus was such a great server and we have not had a ton of luck with service this trip so it was refreshing. He was nice, charismatic and overall great. Food was delicious and reasonably priced for the quality and portions. Lovely atmosphere and safe from the wind. So good we went back three times during our stay in Tulum. This restaurant was absolutely everything you could want from a tropical location. The beach front tables and views were absolute heaven. Food was 10/10 and the service was astonishing. Jesus and Juan helped us each time we went for dinner, they made the experience that much better with their excellent customer service. Such a lovely vibe and atmosphere. The service was great. Our servers Jhonu & Jose were attentive and entertaining. Marielle was very friendly and information. The food was delicious. The appetizers were delicious- we had the shrimp dumplings (dipping sauce was unreal), ceviche mixto & octopus. All delicious. Our mains were great too, but we were full so took a lot of it home with us. Beautiful location- so peaceful hearing the ocean in the background. Free parking is a huge plus! Omgggg!! This place is stunning with view, vibe and good food and drinks. Me and my husband had really good time. Really wanted to love this place Beautiful location , we booked a table for 2 on the beach for valentines day. The lady sitting us at the table was cold and borderline rude. Not even a smile. Our waiter wasn’t any better , no greetings whatsoever and would leave as soon as he finishes his sentence. We had the seafood empanadas as a starter and it was underwhelming as the batter taste overpowered the seafood in it. As for the main course we got the grilled octopus which was good. I got the premium burger with no bacon. They brought it with bacon so I gently asked them to re do it without the bacon. 5 minutes later they bring me the same burger with no fillings but the meat itself. They then gave me caramelized onions on the side. By that time the burger was cold and the bun was mushy because of the “house dressing” (it’s tomato sauce 🥴). Damian, Miguel and Victor (bar) were absolutely amazing. Their service and attention to detail was admirable, I’m grateful for all the care they gave my family and I. This place is beautiful and the service is great. Hector, Jhony and Juan all were very attentive and even brought us blankets during our dinner because it got a little windy. A place that matches the name of the beach “Paradise” on a gastronomical level. Cesar was very kind. 🫶🏼 Casa Maria is a super cozy place to chill out. The hamburger is a simple dish, you must try the other dishes.
