Love the Casey's on Broadway in Alton!!! Have the best employees there!! Plus they always have the best variety of pizza slices in the morning!!🥰

The only gas station I go to in Alton. My husband and I LOVE BARB! she is the reason we only go here! An awesome woman that brings lots of business to this location! Unfortunately my favorite person no longer works there. The place isn't the cleanest. Beer selection isn't stocked. Pizza is normally old if they have any out.

They have some of the nicest and helpful employees than you see in most places. My friend and I are both disabled. They themselves, if not busy, will care heavy things out to the car, or, if they're busy they will get someone else to do it. I love their pizzas and their pin wheel sandwiches. 😊

What's impressive to me about this location is that no matter what, they're consistently, fully stocked across the entire store. I've even had Door Dash deliver to my employer and the pizza, sandwiches and salads are never a disappointment. The hot is hot and fresh. The cold is cold and plentiful. Can't say enough good stuff about these locations so far. Ok, so here's the sad/bad part; all of the local eateries and fast food joints need to step up their game and realize how much business they lose to Casey's. I'm glad the big chains aren't my first choice for pizza and more. Casey's is the best!! Inly dropped 4 stars because it is a tad pricey but that's the price for convenience!!

I love this store because it's right down the street from where I live, however, I was dismayed to see so many people going in and out without a mask. As a caregiver, this is very upsetting. I think that's the reason they had to put up those big plexiglass walls to protect their employees, because people don't have the common sense or the concern for people that work with the public. I've never been so disappointed or disgusted with the city I grew up in.

The pizza is very good and so are the people who work there. I have never had a bad expierience with the employees. Some of the customers however leave alot to be desired. The customer aint always right, and I am a firm believer that you reap what you sew ! If you were treated that way that by some of the customers, you would have a bad attitude too !

Literally almost died because they didn't label the cookies with pecans and there was no ingredient information on the bag. I'm furious. And when I called to ask what the ingredients were I was hung up on. Yes I called cooperate. Do better.
