Nice restaurant with nice Kandy view! Food was good and reasonable prices even for local. It is little rough and narrow mountain road to restaurant but other than that would love to go again!!
Beautiful place with a stunning view around kandy town. Good place to hangout with friends and have a chilled beer or liquor with a upper view of mahawali ganga. Normal restaurant price, but meal portions are very small. Not worth for that price. But taste is good.

After reading many reviews, probably written by people that never tasted good food in their lives, we decided to come here for dinner.
While ordering we were told that they couldn't serve dishes with rice cause... There was no rice! An asian restaurant running out of rice, a completely normal phenomenon.
It's like going to a pizzeria and being told, only after being seated, that they're out of mozzarella.
Top notch customer service right there.
Despite this, my girlfriend asked to have rice curry anyway but without rice, so just chicken and veggies; answer: no, not possible... No explanation given.
Eventually she went for the grilled chicken, which came in after 1 hour (the restaurant was packed, I counted at least... 2 other couples) which was not grilled at all.. perhaps the "chef" skipped the YouTube tutorial on grilling? Who knows.
I went for a chop suey, I initially wanted it with fried rice which eventually, after checking, they told me they could do it... Which made 100% sense since they were out of rice.
They brought the chop suey (also after 1 hour) and guess what, it was pretty much a dish FULL OF RICE (not fried, another skipped tutorial I guess) and other ingredients randomly seasoned. What the hell people, why couldn't my girlfriend have had her rice curry then?
Overall the food was bland, overpriced and the service pretty bad, almost rude. They brought us the bill right after finishing up our "meals", without even asking is if we wanted something else (like a refund, for example) Avoid.

Unfortunately the experience was pretty bad. The food was barely edible. It cost us 7000 but it was not even worth it for 2000 of a total. The staff was friendly but the service for the table was very poor. Table was not clean either. 😐 this restaurant can not recommend at all.

It's the best place to hangout with a friend while drinking a beer or liquor. Food and staff are best. But my favourite stout was not in store. They promised me to keep next time.
Nice place, you can get a magnificent view while having a chilled beer. But foods are not worth for the price, very small portions which barely enough for single person. No complain about the taste.
View is the best in Kandy.
Food is average for the price.
Nasigureng was not even basmathi for 800 rupees per portion, and it was not made to a proper recipe
Could have the potential for a greater place if food quality, recipes, were improved. 😍
If you're staying nearby definitely worth stopping in for the view!
