This was a thoroughly enjoyable experience. The passion and the love of the person making the dishes could be tasted in every bite. These were no mass production microwave box dishes but a very thoughtful personal dishes. The atmosphere was very relaxing and the aesthetics were beautiful. Chai & Chow is a beautiful restaurant serving contemporary Indian food. We love ordering the mutton bunny chow; it’s well-portioned, flavourful and plated beautifully. Their pizzas are delicious - flavourful, light and oh so delicious! I was very impressed with their kiddies menu and how cute their plating was for the little ones (strips and chips were served in a boat-like plate) making mealtime more interactive and fun! Great food, great service and a beautiful setting. Would highly recommend. When there's a new restaurant in town you can be sure we'll try it out and try it out is what we did... The restaurant is conveniently situated with ample parking. The deco is cute and homely. The owner and our waitress was very attentive and welcoming. We ordered the chai bomb in mug to drink and it was yummy. For mains we ordered fried masala fish with chips, I chose kingklip but there were other options available, we also ordered a mutton bunny. The portion on the fish dish was a little small for mains but it was so yummy and smelled amazing. The bunny was also very yummy and plentiful. We ordered a slice of chocolate cake to go, that was also sooo good! Definitely recommend trying the chocolate cake. Overall a nice little spot which will become a regular as their menu has so much more to try, plus they have daily specials. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person R 100–150

I don't know how to describe the masala toasted tuna sandwich.. It was like a carnival going on in my mouth, with different bursts of tastes and beyond satisfying. My mom had some desi poached egg combo, and it looked really good too. The owner personally ensured that potato fries for my baby were without any spices. I also had a watermelon lemonade that was fresh and sparkly! Will be there at least once a week! Meal type Brunch Price per person R 50–100

I stumbled upon a quaint little restaurant in Westwood . A very neat, cosy restaurant with lots of delicious food & dishes on the menu . I treated myself to a home brewed chai tea ☕️. All I can say .. is make your way to this beautiful restaurant and see for yourself.. You will love it 🥰 Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person R 100–150

Last week bought rice and strips and received a decent amount of rice and chicken strips Ordered again but received probably two tablespoons of rice and three thin chicken strips. Not at all worth the price. Ie...No value for the amount spent. Be more consistent. Be a wee bit more generous with your portion sizes. R78 plus delivery! Food: 1 Service: 1
