First time here. Celebrated our daughter’s birthday here tonight. It beats Fogo, Texas de Brazil and others by a mile. Great staff that are attentive , accommodating and gracious. Manager was very kind and generous. Ambience and meat selections are top notch. Salad bar is wonderful. Come try them out and you won’t be disappointed.

Love this place. Manager walks around, even helps to clean table on busy night. Staff are super friendly and fun to talk to. Salad bar is super good with high quality greens, cheeses.... Tasty meats. Lamb chops are phenomenon. Highly recommend this place.

The service is what makes this place stand out above the rest. Been waiting years to have our own Chama! Originally familiar with the San Antonio location, but like there the meat was juicy & filling, the salad bar is excellent, lastly the staff there are well versed and able to give you a clean plate, clean your area, refill drinks, etc. Hats off to the management crew. Will be back. Filet and lamb chops are unforgettable. The Flan is the only dessert you need.

My husband and I just left this place after a 2 hour luxurious dinner, special detailed service- kudos to Tito who was so caring and grateful for our visit, and Nico who made the most beautiful and artistic Carajillo (espresso and liquor 43- I added baileys). Watched the “pouring flaming liquor” stream into our after dinner drink glass! So beautiful!
The meat is TOP choice, better than the numerous Brazilian steakhouses we have visited thus far, the salad bar is prime, the Brazilian cocktails are top shelf. But in addition, we just felt loved. Our love was celebrated tonight by our servers. Do not skip this place.

My friend decided to make a reservation for her husband’s birthday! The food was soooo good!! The customer service above and beyond. Our server named Danny, he made us feel very welcome. He is fluent in Vietnamese as well! 🤗😉 highly recommend ALL the sides,(THE PLANTAINS , cheese bread, mashed potatoes & the mushrooms 🤤) the Brazilian cherry & ginger soda is 💯 & the manager and every server ealways check in which is nice. SOO this place is business casual but I came dressed in my “clean street wear.” They didn’t said anything, treated me same as everyone who was dressed to impressed.
Now the salad bar was overwhelming for me they had little bit of everythinggggg. Definitely the arugula salad/ wedge/ Caesar, & OMG THE ENDIVES 🤌🏻🤤 ( my first time having it) & THE CHEESES 🧀 IF you’re a charcuterie person the cheese selection will impress you & they’ve a PROSCIUTTO BAR , FRESHLY CUT in front of you. I was like 🤯!!Sashimi was good quality too!
The different types of beef was impressive, I liked the sirloin, the round one w/ the fatty cuts, & the lamb chops! since it was a birthday , my friend husband got the chocolate cake, it was 🤌🏻💯🤤🤤 if you needed a chocolate cake fixing that will satisfy you! Definitely worth the drive & wait! Highly suggest to come prepared to eat, dress accordingly.. it’s ayce , if you coming here on a date, which has the nice atmosphere for it but just make sure they’re foodies. 😂🤣 in the economy 😉

This place is absolutely fantastic all the way around. From the moment you walk in, the beautiful decor, the immaculate cleanliness, the impeccable service and the fresh delicious food will leave you waiting for your next visit back. Best Brazilian Steakhouse there is! Far more superior than all of the others in my opinion. The waitstaff and manager will make you feel as if you are the only table in the room. They take customer service above and beyond!!! The salad bar is fresh and fabulous, the meat selection is amazing and cooked to savory perfection! We enjoyed every impeccable detail right down to the purse valet. Cannot wait to come back with family and friends!

Absolutely incredible, beautiful restaurant, personalized service, fantastic food. I CANNOT express how much fun my group of 15 had. The service was exceptional and I'm sharing our experience with our corporate headquarters for our annual awards ceremony. I would give it 10 stars, Lauri was spectacular as our host. Truly cannot say enough! Go enjoy it as much as we did!

Key Lime Pie
Had an absolute blast at Chama for our team Christmas dinner! From reservation to entrance, the team's hospitality was outstanding. Our waiter Orlando and manager Loudy (sp) were personable, fun, and provided top-notch service in our spacious private room. The salad bar was a AMAZING – lobster biscuit soup, pasta, cheese, it was a flavor paradise! The meat selection was abundant, and the lamb was my ultimate favorite. Counting the days until my next visit. Solid 10/10

This was our second experience at Chama Gaúcha, but first at the Grapevine location. It was absolutely perfect. We went in to celebrate my wife’s birthday and everyone we encountered made us and specifically her feel so special. Mashayla was quick to have our drinks out to us and also provided some awesome recommendations. Alejandro (one of the meat slicers) was so friendly. He stopped by our table had a very friendly conversation with us and also gave us a couple of recommendations on cuts of meat to try. He also had specific cuts of meat sent to us to try. We ended the experience with a complimentary birthday desert for my wife. All in all this was a perfect experience and we will definitely be returning.

The meats were top tier in crust, flavor, and cook! The service was on par with a 5 star restaurant. The salad bar was small but wonderfully curated and had amazing selections to pair with the meats and sides. My husband ordered a cocktail and was very pleased! We're from out of town, but will definitely eat here again whenever we return!
