Not the greatest lasting impression of an establishment that we have heard great praises for (before they changed ownership). The serving size of the dishes was relative to the price you paid for them. However, it was heavily salted, especially in the sauces, and there was a funny taste to them (like MSG or other flavour enhancers of the kind, which we confirmed as a couple of us ended up being sick and lethargic afterward when we got home). As we didn't want to have to waste any food (considering it was paying nearly $40pp), we just had to ask to take them away instead. Their service was alright in person, however, they were quite dismissive and rude when we talked to them later on after leaving an honest review. With a reservation and an order of about 20 meals, we waited up to 30mins to be served, fast and efficient, each meal looked & tasted delish with an overall favourite dish being the sirloin steak meal. We came for the Loaded Milkshakes and they did not disappoint! Decadent and scrumptious, these are a must try. The food is delicious too. The staff, venue and service are 5 stars. Well worth it, thank you.y Service Dine in Meal type Brunch

Visited sunday for dinner, was not too busy and staff were very polite, prompt and attentive. Entree of mussels was very tasty! Mains arrived not long after - Crispy skin salmon was good, bit overcooked for my personal liking & shame they put the sauce ontop of the skin (suggest a little gravy boat). Havent been here for awhile, so decided to try it again. We got the mussel bowl and the Thai salad and have to say, was absolutely delicious. The mussels were cooked nicely and the sauce was so creamy. My mum had the thai salad, shes so picky, but she was very impressed, she loved the crumbed squid rings, which she said were cooked perfectly. The only thing were the shrimps were a little overcooked, but other than that was a very enjoyable meal and we will definitly be back. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

As a motorcyclist, I enjoy riding to different destinations and to experience local cafés and restaurants. Chambers restaurant and cafe is absolutely fantastic, just off the main road through Morrinsville it has a nice quiet atmosphere without all the traffic noise , so conversations can be held a nice audible tone. I always look for generosity and value for money, and the Chambers delivers on all. Delicious food and very generous portions, good value for money, family-friendly, fantastic outdoor area to enjoy that special occasion. Thoughtful and very accommodating staff. Went here on the 13th of February and immediately got met with a worker who didn't understand what my colleague wanted service was both good and bad the server did check on us to see how we were doing which I'm greatful for, I had the mussel in cheese and bacon sauce along with the chicken burger with cranberry sauce, the burger was delightful although could've put more fries, the mussel in cheese and bacon sauce was the opposite it was a huge disappointment the flavour of the mussels overpowered the cheese and bacon which gave it a horrible taste and on top of that I found a crab in one of the mussels which had pricked my tongue, the garlic bread was the only good thing out of that seafood disaster, I also had the chocolate brownie which was also delightful, the burger and brownie is the only reason it gets a 2 star review I would not recommend this place unless your willing to be disappointed and I DO NOT CARE WHAT THE OWNER HAS TO SAY IF HE SAYS ANYTHING BAD ITS BECAUSE HES IN DENIAL OF HOW BAD HIS FOOD IS IM ONLY SAYING THIS BECAUSE IVE READ OTHER PEOPLES REVIEWS AND THE OWNERS REPLIES WERE QUITE NASTY LIKE HE DOESNT WANT TO FIX ANYTHING Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
