This is families favorite boba shop. Staff is always kind and are quick with orders, even giving a great recommendation sometimes. My only complainant is that toppings are on the pricier side and sometimes it feels I didn’t get enough for what I paid for. This is my go-to Boba tea place. Tea is great. Staff is always friendly. And although the atmosphere is not my all- time favorite, it is a GREAT place to go with your kids if you need to make a stop somewhere. They have a shelf of games to preoccupy the kids while you enjoy your tea. (I love their peach green tea with black pearls!) I have never been disappointed by the staff here. Extremely kind, and helpful. The drinks are always on point, too. Haven't tried one I haven't liked, yet. They run out of tapioca alot Came in to place an order of the roasted milk tea and asked for tapioca. After the order was complete I received my order without tapioca and was told after I received my order that I ran out. Overall love this this great staff and great vibes will def be returning! Very awesome customer service, never a super long wait and the Drinks are delicious! Options are very diverse- and they can be overwhelming if you don't know much about Bubble tea. I will say, I wish they had the ability to Customize your drinks further (such as a Thai tea with brown sugar instead of regular sugar/tiger thai tea) and the prices are always different when I order the same thing. they are also out of tapioca more often than any other Boba shop I’ve been to. it’s gotten to the point where sometimes I have to call and ask before I walk in, if I didn’t I’d be waiting for about 20 minutes. Those are really my only two wishes with this place but I love it! Service Take out Price per person $1–10

Today I went into the store to place an order for my wife. Told the people I wanted a slushy passion fruit bubble tea, which they responded "do you want it with green/black tea or with passion fruit juice". I assumed they meant they were going to add it into the slushy. The order comes out and it is a drink and not a slushy. I asked them if they could remake it, because of the miscommunication and they stated they do not remake drinks and that I am stuck with the order. I did not take the drinks and left extremely disappointed on how this was handled. Should put a big sign in your store that you do not remake drinks even if we made a mistake. Epic failure. Chatime has a lot of menu options compared to other boba spots. Their customer service is far above the rest and it's so clean and taken cared of. Their drinks tastes amazing and it's a perfect hangout spots for the boys 😎😎

Love this Cha time! The girls are super nice and friendly. They always greet us when we walk in. My daughter and I go there almost every weekend, and the girls know us by name and they know our drinks. The drinks are always delicious, and the boba is always cooked well just the way we like them. I’ve told all my friends and co-workers about this place.

I’m obsessed with the green tea with black pearls from this location. The customer service is absolutely exceptional and the business is always so clean. This is by far the best place for boba in Harford County. My family and I enjoying a delicious drink and playing the fun games at this location. Go and check it out for yourself! Best bubble tea in the Bel Air/Hartford County area! Their staff is super personable too. The store front is nice and big. Highly recommend for you to try. We will being going back for sure!
