12.02.2024 did not have falafel for long time so tried to go for one end ordering 2. Amazing Restaurant, very beautiful inside. The food is awesome and very well made, the server is good and food comes very quick, it's also not very hot inside, they have an air conditioner that keeps the inside cold! Unfortunately, my recent experience at this restaurant was quite unpleasant. Despite the place being nearly empty and no waiting queue, the owner treated us poorly during our two-hour stay. So this how it goes, you go in you find filthy tables, full of every sauce you can of. You take a look at the floor and think that potatoes are so cheap because the floor is filled with fries. The food is mediocre at its best. The service, based on my last visit, a waiter being so rude to a customer that cannot read the arabic menu,he was making fun of him, while it's really just the waiters incompetence. Very busy restaurant. Always a wait to get a table but that just shows how popular the place is. Right in the centre of Madina. Always have good portions and the food tastes really nice. Would definitely recommend their shawarma, it was really good and made in the authentic sham way. The falafel however was quite dry. The que to the restaurant is long but absolutely worth the wait for the shawarma and also the prices are very cheap. One of the best shawarma options in tetouan, highlt recommend, althought the shawarma is a bit dry and could use a bit more sauce, averall a good experience especially for takeout cuz it gets noisy sometimes in the inside.
