Server was nice, she did her best. Food was mediocre if I’m being polite. Not the worst. My biggest issue is how disgustingly filthy it was. I need to go home and shower and change. My sneakers stuck to the floor. I don’t think the floor underneath the booth has ever been cleaned. Trash everywhere on the floor. Table was so sticky the sleeve of my shirt stuck to the edge. We had to sit on our napkins because the seat had stuff all over it. Will not be back to this location again. Just ones opinion, we arrived before the rush around 11:15 am Saturday morning. We ordered the chips and dip for starters. The chips were served warm and chewy stale so I informed our waitress who then brought out another order of fresher stale chips, of course those were returned. I ordered a grilled cheese and fries. Fries were cooked perfectly and grilled cheese was still cold cheese on warm bread. Needless to say sent grilled cheese back but ate my fries. lol. My husband ordered the Grilled Chicken Salad and it was served perfectly. Also please note the filth of our booth that rapped all the way around obviously left from Friday night. The Manager was made aware of the issues but never came out to confront any of the issues, very poor management. Also why do you sit children in the bar area? Came for dinner with family, ... Started off good ,but quickly turned ... After ordering two appetizers and drinks ,... We ordered food with salads ,.server told us salads would be out in a few minutes,..our food comes out and one entree was wrong , I mentioned it to the server and she basically told me that was what I ordered and not one word on how to fix it ,so I kept the plate and was just trying to keep the good vibes going, ... My brother got ribs and they were really dry, .. mentioned that to server and again not one word on how to fix it . Was finally finished with dinner and then she brings out the salads,..we ended up talking to the manager, .. manager took off the ribs and offered two carrot cake ,which was good ,.. we did not have a great experience this time ,...we had every intention on giving a $40-$50 tip ,.. but after all that we left only $5,tip ,..so sorry .. We were 4 adults and 1 toddler and we waited 45 minutes for our food. I could have understood if they were busy but the restaurant was almost empty. Then when we did get our food it was cold. We ordered chicken and shrimp and there was 1 shrimp..one.. ugh! The waitress was nice enough to take that off the bill. I will not be back tho. Our waitress Victoria was awesome she always made sure we had our drinks filled, and any clutter from empty dishes was non-existent. She was also very friendly and a professional..... oh, and yes, the food was awesome as well...... I hadn't been to a Cheddar's in almost 10 years. I'm glad I decided to do a return visit. Didn't had any issues on my first experience there at all. Friendly staff even on rush hour they try keep up with the demands of irritating customers. Management should be praising them for that even the smallest thank you makes a difference. Food was great along with mix drinks. Environment is great as well tavern modernized type of vibe. Cheddar's never disappoints! A casual atmosphere with a touch of fine dining flair! It's really unlike anywhere else! This is a great place to eat. The food is great, it is reasonably priced, and I love the atmosphere. My wife and I started going there when we moved into the area and can't keep from going there at least once a week. We have tried most things on the menu and everything is great. The food is so good. Had the lemon pepper white fish twice there now and both times it’s was amazing. So definitely there is consistency and the food will definitely be good next time as well. I preferred the loaded baked potato which is got the second time over the mashed potatoes, but both were delicious. Wife got the salmon and she was happy too. Our server the first time (Randall S.) was the best..made our day that time. The second time around the server was not that attentive and was okay and hence the 4 stars. But I wouldn’t blame her as it was super busy. Overall a good place to hang out and dine. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $30–50
