Chef Tang did they're thang!!!! I'm from Chicago and have notttttttt tasted Chinese food thats tasted like home until tonight!!!! Please keephis magic!! Fresh, flavorFULL and just GOODT!!! The search is over for flavorful authentic Chinese cuisine in N County because this is the best spot for this food. The Singapore noodles are outstanding, hot & sour soup was spicy without being too salty, green beans were fresh with a sweet sauce. Service was fast & friendly. Prices reasonable. Atmosphere is pseudo-dive but is offset by high-quality food. Great stuff, Chef Tang! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Was so excited to enjoy a new Kung Pao from Chef Tang’s but 2 bites in it was unbearably dry and cardboard tasteless. Then I saw the mold on the onions. No wonder both times I stopped by (at prime time @6-7pm) there wasn’t a soul in the restaurant. Something very wrong here. How do they witness mold as they’re cutting the onion then witness mold as they’re cooking the onion then SERVE the molded onion!!???!!!😂 Just Gross! Yuck! Inconsistent quality from various visits. Some dishes such as pork fried rice usually very good. Others such as shrimp and lobster sauce vary greatly.
