It's a great place to chill out and play some pool. However, our waitress had a nasty attitude; she was almost angry we were there, with her condescending demeanor telling us to stay away from the table with alcohol, which I understand, but she had zero customer service skills in dealing with patroons. When it was time to pay the bill, I mentioned that I didn't feel like leaving a tip because of how we were treated, and she cursed at us, really poor and distasteful. I know customers can be a pain sometimes when alcohol is involved, but as a customer-facing representative of an establishment, you don't curse at them.

Cool chill spot to shoot pools. We were there on a Sunday and there was no wait for a table. Everyone was very friendly and music was great. We played 4 games. The bartender made me a great drink that she said was her creation. I would definitely recommend.

Don’t keep the sodas cold and use small ice so the ice melts quickly and makes the drinks weak and diluted.

Chelsea's is a well-appointed, modern bar on one side and a small, but excellent pool hall on the other. The staff is very friendly. The four tables are professional grade nine-footers, which they rent by the hour. The equipment is well cared for...the house cues are all straight and have decent tips. There is an open tournament most Monday nights, "ball-in-hand" style 8-ball, double-elim, race to two, which usually attracts 10-12 players, some of them very good. Best place to play pool on the Island!

Chelseas has the most loyal following of not only pool players but also those that like the intimate upscale setting of the bar. The bar staff are friendly, dress code is enforced and the clientelle reflect a diverse snapshot of Cayman society. Easy to overlook in its Westshore centre location, newbies are welcomed by staff and patrons. Just re-opened from lockdown and with restricted occupancy, the bartenders are happy to be back to work and the regulars are back home!
