We were coming home from a trip to Florida, and stopped in around 7 hours into our 18 hour trip home. I ordered ahead on the app and picked up curbside, but just as we were finishing up running to the restroom, a gentleman came out with our food. I did not get his name, and I wish I would’ve. (I think he may have been a manager with how he was dressed) He stayed and visited for a few minutes, talking and joking with my kids, and I told him we still had about 10 hours left on our trip. He told us to have a safe trip and headed back in. A few seconds later he appeared again, and said he felt led to pray over us, if we were okay with that. We definitely were, and he prayed a beautiful prayer over the rest of our trip. It’s always a beautiful thing to witness someone being obedient to the call of the Holy Spirit. That extra step meant so much to us, and definitely gave us a more than pleasant experience at this Chick-Fil-A location. The food was great as well! Hot, fresh, plenty of napkins and sauces, and silverware included! We’re all full and refreshed for the second half of the trip!! Every time I come here, the parking lot is full and for good reason. Excellent food. Friendly and warm employees with good attitudes. I appreciate that an employee complemented my glasses and struck up a conversation with me while on his lunch break. Ordered a Large Grilled Chicken Sandwich meal. Chicken patty was half the size of the bun, still had half the sandwich left with no meat by the time I was done. Biggest complaint here is my large fries were a medium. Picture included. This is sad, as I've always enjoyed the fries here. Employees run to the front door to hug their friends and talk to them for 5 min instead of doing their job. There's nothing wrong with being friendly, but theres a time for that when people aren't waiting on food. Also note, there's a long line inside yet there's minimal vehicles in the drive through. This place is extremely slow. I would rather go to Raising Caines two minutes down the street than come back here. Chicken is better and you get the amount of fries you order. The chick fil a standard is maintained. Chick-fil-a's food/prices are a bit overrated as expected, but the service at this particular restaurant was phenomenal. Had a quick question about something and a team member named Emily was just so warm and professional. So yesterday I went through the drive thru and I received my order, I pull forward and go to make a right turn onto the side street that leads back to Kroger. The traffic wasn't moving at all. A manager guy with grey hair and a vest comes out and literally and very unprofessionally yells at me. I asked him why the traffic wasn't moving and he yelled back that's where they get parked to wait on food. I asked in the middle of the street? And continued yelling. My first trip there is my last. I called corporate.

On 8/26 @ approx 5:00pm, I placed a mobile order for a small coffee and ice cream for the kiddos. We were making a stop before heading home to Jackson, MS. The first worker came out with my coffee but my order was missing the ice cream. She said she didn’t see it and went back to grab it. As she left I opened the cup to my coffee to find it cold and full of coffee grains floating at the top. Once she returned I informed of the old coffee, told her I knew it was later in the day, but could I have a fresh cup. She left and later returned a lady named “RE”. She proceeded to tell me here is a fresh cup of coffee. I said okay, let me check.. I opened the cup, stuck my finger in and again it’s cold. I told her this is not fresh, she debated it was. I told her do not lie, this is cold! She then….said I can make a fresh cup but it takes 5 mins. I asked for a refund and she said only the owner could do a refund.
