That's a good idea to order nicely cooked spicy chicken, chicken sandwiches and tortilla soup. The chef at this fast food cooks tasty biscuits. Good lemonade, milkshakes or coffee are worth trying here. Chick-fil-A is well known for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. From the guests' point of view, the real drawback is appalling prices. Come here for the calm atmosphere. 4.6 is what this place received from the Google rating system.

So, I was coming back from road trip vacation and wanted something to eat because I was starving. I guess when I was looking for something in my suitcase I forgot to zip it up, so my clothes spilled in my backseat. I’ve been mindlessly driving… trying to get home, so I wasn’t really paying attention. One kid took my order and another kid with blond hair kept staring at my backseat while I was ordering. You would think I had something illegal while this kid kept mindlessly staring at my backseat, while another employee beside him did his job. My suitcase was clearly visible so common sense would’ve kicked in. Then as I drove off “OMG SHE HAD A LOT OF STUFF IN HER CAR!!!1!” Really loudly. I know they’re kids but like don’t talk about someone really loudly and they’re about a car length away from you. Once again common sense, which isn’t really common I guess. The food was typical chick fil a food so no complaints there. Training can only take employees far, but politeness starts at home. Do you really need a chicken franchise to teach you common sense and manners? Before you start I’m from the same generation as the employee I’m an older Gen Z. I went and ordered and the kid said that they had something on the menu other Chil fil a's have. I get home the soup was different. I call the place and the kid who picks up say huh that weird, and I have to explain it to him 2-3 times, like he isn't listening either. Most every other Chik fil a's would offer a refund or something for their error, nothing, My fault! I should have gone to Truett's Grill in Woodstock which is the same distance away from my house. If you are in Roswell and want a chicken sandwich cruise on down to the next one these folks are busy doing something else Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

This Chick-fil-A has always had great food and great service. I am always amazed at how good the services is at Chick-fil-A and why other fast food places can't figure it out. I was bummed to find out they discontinued the pimento cheese and jalapeño chicken sandwich. That thing was awesome and should be a permanent menu item. I love Chick-fil-A's Cobb salad. In fact, I can eat it every day of the year. I love it more because I add other things like craisins, avocado, and a layer of honey to this awesome salad to make it "sinfully" deliciously and mouth watering.❤ I love this particular location on Holcomb Bridge in Roswell, GA because they pay particular attention to the contents of the salad. No matter where I am in the city, I always drive to this location.

Food was good as always and employees were polite and helpful. I tried the spicy chicken sandwich for a change and it was really good. I don't like really spicy foods but this was just right. I had a coupon for the new watermelon mint lemonade so I tried that, it was good but it was almost too sweet. The playground is a little smaller than some of the other Chick-Fil-A's because there's no small child/toddler area but my kids still enjoyed it.

The service here is always great. It's rarely quiet but they always get me in and out quickly. The food is always hot and fresh and gets to my table fast. The new Mac and cheese is great and offers another option to make it difficult not to order everything on the menu. They have a separated play zone for the kids and the dining area is spread out enough to allow some privacy. I come here often.

What can I say, I just love, love, love Chick Fil-A. No one does it better. And I think all fast food places need to learn from Chick Fil-A how to run a drive through. It's amazing. If I can give them just a piece of advice: Guys, you're doing great, done mess it up going woke. It won't go well. People are sick of that. And it's not your customer base.
