Aside from the fact that they passed the arrival time by 20 min the food was in terrible condition. The fries were half empty from the medium to the large container. It was soggy and greasy and taste like it had been microwaved. The sandwich had wilted lettuce and tomatoes and the bread was soggy. I come here all the time, by far the best Chick-fil-A I’ve been to. They never miss. I order through the app and am always given additional rewards Courtesy of Taylor Henckel. Drive thru is pretty slow moving, the food is usually pretty good though. Nothing too crazy to complain about! Just a busy location, I’d give it a shot if I were you. Friendly staff as always, consistent food quality for the most part, easily accessible location that may be on many people routes already. Does this look like a large to you ? I ordered two chicken sandwiches and two LARGE FRIES and got this. You shouldn’t have to check the bag before you leave but now I know I have to because this is basically a scam your staff charged me for two LARGE fries and gave me basically a medium/small resulting in the inconvenience of me driving back for a ACTUAL LARGE FRY. Went to get 4 meals. They forgot to put a chicken sandwich in one meal. No silverware at alli. I called them back and the lady was like you can come back and pick it up….. i’m like can you bring it to the house? They said they can’t. Ended up eating something else. This is my favorite location. They are so nice and do their best to accommodate any needs. We went to their Halloween event in October and it was fabulous. I had to go to the restaurant to get my order that was over a hour late to be delivered. Didn’t get tip back . The sandwiches had a teaspoon of pimento cheese on it and only 3 small jalapeño peppers . And they left out a drink thank God I seen it was missing before I left the restaurant . The worst Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to! I’ve been several times and each time they forget something. I’m talking utensils, sauces, wrong drink, one time I ordered a sandwich and got nuggets! They also tell you no if you ask for any of these things that THEY forgot about. Wait time, 25+ minutes each time! I rather drive more than to deal with such awful customer service.
