Service, food, and experience has changed and for the better. Quick service, polite staff, hot accurate orders.
The worst chick fil a there is. Cold food, long waits, and not the standard chick fil a service. Just drive the 20 minutes to Hattiesburg and go to the other one, you’d probably get your food and get home faster.
This is not my first unpleasant experience here. Waiting inside and having to ask multiple times for my kids food (while people around-that were there after me- me are being given kids meals).

I was excited for chick fil a coming to petal but this one is the worst chick fil a I’ve ever been to.
Don’t think if you are the only car in the line that you won’t have to wait….it’ll still be 10-15 minutes. The line at McDonald’s next door is fast and packed and not surprisingly this locations drive thru is empty, I wonder why?

Very, very good. Only suggestion is please don't put all that lettuce on the spicy chicken and sugest a sauce for it. First time eating that sandwich wasn't sure if it was supposed to be just a plain bun.

Spicy Chicken Sandwich Deluxe Meal
Try to support this chick fila, but this chick fila is not normal compared to any chick fila I have ever been too. Slow service. Not friendly. Care free with no attention to detail. Disappointing. It’s not run well at all.

Ever since this place has opened, it has been terrible the food, is subpar under cooked sometimes cold. I’ve had cold fries, the customer service is slow and rude; I have had stares when I walk in from the staff and even other customers, as I am a black man in Mississippi. Recently last week I contracted food poisoning and was sick for a week. I didn’t speak with the store owner Anna until today her attitude was extremely nonchalant, not believing me. Do not go to this location!

As a company that services restaurants all over the state of Mississippi from fast food to steakhouses this Chick-Fil-A has got to have the cleanest and most well maintained kitchen in any fast food restaurant I've ever seen. Everything is perfectly labeled, nothing on the floors or left laying around. Completely sanitized. Well done. Well done indeed.

One of our favorite eats and happy they came to our town. I especially love that they do fun community events and include our fur babies in the fun too. The seasonal pimento sandwich is delicious and my pups love the grilled nuggets.

I want to rate this Chick-fil-a higher. I really really do…but I can’t.
The food is right. If it was a rating based on the food alone I would give 4-5. However I’ve been here 5-6 times and literally every time it’s been something ridiculous.
The atmosphere you’d expect does not exist at this location at this time. I do hope it gets better. I’d love to update this with a positive review as is my experience at every other one I’ve gone to in this country. Just unfortunately not the one in my hometown right now.
