Visited Chick-fil-A Framingham for the first time and had a fantastic experience with their excellent fast food and top-notch service. The staff were incredibly friendly despite the good atmosphere, and finding ample seating wasn't an issue. The cleanliness of the place was well-maintained, making it a delightful visit overall. I Recommend Spicy Deluxe Chicken burger 🍔. Store is Closed on Sundays. Really disappointing service at this chick-fil-a. Not what you normally expect from this chain. I’ll preface this by saying that I go to chick-fil-a very sparingly. I’ve gone three times over the last 6 months or so. That being said, my most recent visit was the third consecutive visit in which there were multiple mistakes in our order. Wrong sandwiches, sauces missing, things that we had asked to be removed from the sandwich still being in them, strangely watery lemonade, etc. Overall, it’s consistently inconsistent. I walked in with my high school wrestling team during dinner rush. Zero mistakes, all smiles, fast service and food was delicious. I ran fast food restaurants for a decade, this is a well run store. Nov2022: 5⭐: This visit was a great example of what I have come to expect from a visit to any Chick-fil-A restaurant. All aspects of my visit were on point. I observed the performance of a great cashier, a small wait time after ordering my food, a clean spot to sit and eat my lunch, and a clean restaurant overall. I had one issue with one of the chicken nuggets that didn't appear to be fully cooked with a raw uncooked center. The other eleven were fine. Oct2022: 4⭐: I stopped by this location as a result of looking for a quickie spot to get a lunch break meal today. This is the first time I have felt that I had to score a Chick-fil-A lower because of a worker!! I really enjoy a quick-like restaurant where I can always count on the food quality, timeliness, and worker efficiency. I observed that the restaurant was quite full in the drive through areas, so I had enough time to walk inside to place my order. The location is fairly easy to locate in a mall development area tucked into quite a few trees hiding the signature color from immediately being seen. The restaurant itself was clean, but full of customers when I entered. I decided to get my items to go instead. I advised the cashier I had received a birthday reward and wanted to redeem it. She took my order and acted as if I had not said I wanted to redeem the reward when I scanned the QR Code. I asked her again directly if she got the reward code and she said I don't see it. I asked what were you going to do other than let me go without telling me about the missing item. She didn't answer and just signaled to another person who promptly and correctly completed the transaction. Add to the already bad actions, she gave me the cup filled with ice and I said I didn't want any in the cup. It's a small thing, but it's attention to detail that I really like about the workers at Chick-fil-A. This one needs to be closely supervised because she isn't ready to be alone if she can't process an order, prepare a drink, and get the provided information correct. I just finished my order at chick fil a. My family loves chick fil a and we order here all the time! Today when I asked for the military discount the employee informed me that they do not offer it. Which was a shock because every other time I come here I have gotten it. Big disappointment when employees are not trained to know the same information.
