Rarely go to Chick-fil-A since we often have it catered, so it was nice to arrive to an almost empty drive through and get the VIP treatment, use a gift card, restock my center console with CFA sauce. Food was so good, I ate it before taking a picture, but it would look like a normal serving of grilled nuggies and waffle fries anyways. Just go eat here and save a cow. Service was very good, courteous as always. The 'Freshly Brewed Happiness' has been bad the last couple of visits... coffee was boiled and beans tasted burnt. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Might be the most ignorant location of any fast good company. The drive-thru line was getting long so they sent out 2 attendees to start taking orders. One major problem both employees walked right past my car and took everyone else's order....I waited until I reached the speaker and said everything to get someone's attention and by now the employees taking orders are multiple cars back. Im now stuck, late, and still hungry. By the time I got to the window I kindly informed them I was skipped over twice, and then drove away. If you'd like to ensure you have a good experience go anywhere else but here Service: 1

Had multiple bad experiences here. Used to be my go to location but not anymore. It’s all to do with customer service which is crazy since that used to be what they were known for. The woman today escalated things unnecessarily because she didn’t hear my name and was down right confrontational after she had some system issue. I received an annoying template response from Jarvis the manager. Explains a lot. For a quick treat we decided to go to Chick-fil-A. The line was short (for the first time ever) and the service was ok. I’ve noticed recently that workers have stopped saying “my pleasure” as much as they used to. I really hope they start bringing that back soon. Was surprised to see such big location, wish parking lot was as big. Not sure why pick up parking needs to be that big. Staff is incredibly friendly as usual especially that elderly gentleman.
