Yes, it's always busy. But, Chick-fil-A knows how to handle busy,busy & the wait is never long. The staff is so kind and helpful & the food is just phenomenal. My kids love chicken nuggets all sauced up, I love the grilled nuggets with kale crunch... game changer for me and fast food (actually healthy options). Food has really gone downhill in quality. It's easy to tell they are more interested in profit. Seems when they are hitting the big time with 2 lanes and a greeter. Food is salty and lost its "kick" condiments are old and require scissors to open because the grease level on the food has atleast tripled. People need to show these corporate a°°h°°°° who take a good fast food restaurant and turn it into a cheap food high price dump. Chick Fil A is always known for their “great” service, well not here and not tonight. Spent over $50 and all of my fries were not even half full, sandwich was smashed, chicken was overcooked, definitely not how chick fil a is supposed to be. Just went here for a late lunch 2:30pm 1/12/24, ordered a spicy chicken deluxe, fries, and coffee. Got the coffee and paid for my whole order. Got home and looked in my bag to find 2 orders of fries and no sandwich. Haven't been here in a couple months, but didn't realize I need to check my order after I get it like at McDonald's. I had a minor issue with my order yesterday. I spoke with the duty manager Jamie, who quickly resolved the issue and made it Right. She was very professional and hospitable. I was very impressed on her strong customer service skills and leadership style with her team. Every restaurant needs a manager like Jamie! The line was long, so I used the app to check out in line. The food was great as always! Ordered the grilled chicken sandwich with bacon 🥓 plus a 12 pack of nuggets. The lemonade goes down fast so make sure to get a large drink! Came back today on Dec 1st and Dave took amazing care of me today. 5 stars again! Thank you for your service Dave! My cobb salad with a spicy filet was amazing. Everything was fresh and delicious and I was greeted with several friendly smiles from the staff. The whole restaurant was clean and seemed to be well managed. Chic-fil-A is pretty much always a winner.
