Go to a different CE like Weatherford or Willow Park. Out of the times I have been to Hudson Oaks, I have only gotten a decent/correct order twice. It's sad as its a great location. The chicken taste good, but the mashed potatoes have too much liquid, the biscuits are hard and flat, and something is usually missing from the order like flatware or food. Tonight it was both. The manager is nice and tries to satisfy the customer, but instead he needs to retrained the staff and cooks or get corporate in there to train them. Food: 1 Service: 3
