I had an issue with my order and the manager Milly got everything taken care of timely. She listened to my concern and didn’t hesitate to rectify the situation. I’m so happy she was so kind and nice. I’m grateful for a great experience and great tasting chicken tenders and fish. Don't go after 9pm, you won't get in and they won't take an inside order. I had to walk through the drive in to order 2 drinks. Seems like they are actually closing an hour before it is posted they are closing. Meal type Other Price per person $1–10 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Drive thru today...ordered spicey tenders, reg tenders and 2 pc catfish fillet with fries and rolls. The food was great. Nice and spicey tenders. The fish was nice and crispy with plenty of flavor and the rolls are tops! This was near the Atwoods location in Waxahachie. Great service and decent price. Ordered a family dinner of 30 tenders with sides... 67 in total for a very generous and easy meal. Often we have ordered takeout for the house... The girls are always fantastic and helpful, orders are quick to be finished and have never received an incorrect order it's been. Awesome for more than 5 years, plenty of space to sit and eat if you want to dine in, not a terribly big dining room but as most of the traffic is drive through.. it's easy to find a place to sit. Plenty of parking. Accessibility isn't an issue, tables are moveable if need be. I recommend that you visit this location of you like Chicken express. Waited 25 minutes for fried chicken pieces and when I got home we did not have any rolls. Seems like they are always out of chicken breast and have to wait. How can you run out of chicken on mother's day. Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

It was pretty early dining in there, the gals working in the d room made us feel rushed as they were smirking about rushing us out with my special needs daughter :(( .. Extremely fresh hot Great food though! :) Love this location

Look I love Chicken Express. But I was just informed that the little spicy packets are no longer available as that company went out of business. I tried the new spicy strips and they just weren't the same, this is a sad day for everyone. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

First I want to say I'm a big Chicken E fan, but today really was a downer. After waiting for a little under 10 minutes which is around average for any location, I get home and start with my rock of a biscuit. Didn't get to try it because of how hard it was..maybe if I would've left it in the gravy to soak it would've been edible. Next the fries.. decent, unfortunately I received less that 10 individual fries. The corn nuggets were fresh which I appreciate. The chicken however.. dry and old. I threw my food away. Out of 7 tenders, 2 were decent enough where I could enjoy them. Need to do better! Before I wrote this review I wanted to check out what others have wrote, and it's basically what I experienced today. So doesn't seem like anything is going to change anytime soon. Skip dinner, go for lunch maybe.
