Came for lunch with 3 friends. We all ordered. My three friends received their appetizers and entrees. I did not receive my food. Only a drink. Our waiter, Victor or Vector, was nowhere around. He finally came to check on us after everyone else had eaten. I asked about my food. He left for 5 minutes, came back and said we were still waiting on it. I canceled the order, everyone else had eaten and was ready to go. He just walked away. We then had to get a different waitress to give us our checks. They handed Victor the cash. He walked away and pocketed the money. Did not try to bring back change. I never received my food, my friends never received their change. Apparently Mr. Victor felt he did such a good job he should just keep whatever was left over. Never told us his name, I had to get it from a different waitress. Who knows if that was actually his name. No apology was offered. No replacement. Nothing. Just said "okay" when I canceled it. Rude, and he's a THIEF for pocketing my friends money. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I have been coming to Chili’s for about 6 months now. Met the bartender Oscar and has been his regular since. Oscar provides great customer service. Always is willing to go above and beyond to make sure everyone at the bar is doing well while seated. Along while being a serving too. Never met anyone as friendly as him. Always smiling and in good spirits. I look forward to coming to the establishment and seeing Oscar behind the bar. Food is always good. I normally get the ribeye steak with asparagus. I love it! The atmosphere in Chili’s is always a 10 out of 10. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Came in around Mardi gras. Ordered gluten free food cause I have celiacs disease. I got fajitas and found a noodle under my sour cream! First of all, that's crazy gross. Poor kitchen hygiene, like how long was it in the sour cream tub?? Second they didn't even attempt to comp, the manager just said she was going to yell at the staff. I paid $45 since I was taking out my parents so I paid $45 to not be able to finish my food and to get nausea and diarrhea for 3 weeks straight. Me, and my family will not be eating at any chili's ever again. Worst restaurant experience to date. It made me cry that whole night.

I had a horrible experience here a few months ago, and I thought I’d give them another shot, and didn’t even get the chance because we sat in a near empty restaurant waiting 10 minutes for a hostess to come greet us and sit us. There were people before us that were waiting and eventually they left. We left soon after because we weren’t getting service. My experience a few months ago I actually got seated. Our server messed up our order after repeating it twice. Again, the rest of the restaurant was near empty m. Our food didn’t come until about 45 minutes after we ordered. We ordered the cheese fries appetizer and didn’t get that until 15 minutes after we got our food….and it was burnt. The manager even came to the table very unprofessional as she expressed her irritation with the fries. We didn’t even say anything, and she saw the issue her self and came to the table and apologized. We all agreed we wouldn’t come to this location again. Terrible service don’t recommend coming to this location at all. It used to be good, but it’s fell down hill bad ! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

The store looked deserted when we entered there was no hostess to seat us. After waiting for five minutes I walked around to the to go order place. It had two employees sitting there just chilling playing on their phones. We got seated ordered appetizers and food but our food came out before the appetizers.The salad wasn’t fresh our server seems to be in a daze. We won’t go back to the siegen lane location again. There’s always a wait even with very few people in the restaurant. Due to Covid restrictions and staff shortages, there’s always a wait. After waiting for 30 minutes, we were seated and helped by a very attentive waitress. Food was hot and flavorful. So much food for under $50 is a great experience.

THIS LOCATION IS THE WORST!!! I ordered curbside on my lunch break. Was emailed my receipt with how I wanted my food…I get back on my job and open the bag and WRONG ORDER!!!!
