Just passing through and thought we’d stop at Chili’s. I haven’t been to One in years and was pleasantly surprised. Really enjoyed the spicy margarita and my sirloin steak was tender just like the asparagus and very tasty. My son said the mushroom burger was good and he liked the fries. The food got cold really quick because they had the air conditioner on and blowing right on top of us. They wouldn't turn it off when we asked. Even the employees were wearing coats because they were cold. The bathrooms were freezing. The tortillas for the fajitas were hard. The booth was very uncomfortable. The rest of the fajitas were good though. The Ultimate Pasta was delicious until it got cold less than half way through it. The Brisket Quesadillas Appetizer was amazing. I had placed an order to go over the phone. A smokehouse combo bbq, corn, chicken crisp, and fries; and Sliders with a side of fries. The server did not listen to a word. It's a Chilis. This location is better than some others I've been to although they were out of southwestern eggrols last time we went. Their burgers and fajitas are decent. I wouldn't waste money on the BBQ since it is not cooked over any kind of fire and comes pre-cooked to the store. Our sides of black beans frequently come out cold. This was good, not amazing...as expected. And there was no wait at the bar, only in regular dining. Plus, there are a bunch of games on the multiple screens at the bar so you can ignore your wife... just don't let her know you are doing it! It's an art. After 25 years or so, you'll figure it out. I visited a week or so ago and had Adam as my server and he was horrible. He left us without checking back and we never got refills. He was so quiet which is okay but he didn’t talk at all I felt not welcomed. If this is the service chilis is giving I’m not going back anytime soon. The food is very good. The service is always good as well. When we see Cassie, we ask for her section because she remembers us and just confirms our order. If you go here you MUSTTTTTTTTT get Daniel. Daniel is amazing. We came in with a party of 12 and I swear, it was the best service we’ve ever had. We’re not a difficult bunch - but we can get rowdy. Daniel and the others who were able to help him execute our dinner was amazing. Would go there again BUT ONLY if it was Daniel serving us.
