I didn't like to have to deal with my check on the whatever the heck you want to call it. I'm paying a waiter to serve us I want my check to come to the table not via a computer. Stop taking the jobs away from our servers. Our tips we leave includes them following through with their job. Ribeye cooked to perfection!! Lunch never disappoints . Mom and dad always love coming to sit in the bar and have their lunch favorite . Chicken fajitas and I had the explosion chicken salad so fresh and delicious we got free chips and salsa . Mushroom Swiss burger is always so juicy. Pros- chicken Bacon Ranch quesadilla we're good. Chips and salsa. Cons - white skillet queso reminded me of cheese whiz. Not hot but barely warm. (Didn't and couldn't finish). Prices were more than I expected. Verdict - Was ok. Can't see myself coming back for the price. Queso was bad. Server was great. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

The baby back ribs were really good. Chicken salad was ok. Server brought drinks to other people that arrived after us before she brought ours out. Changing my review to 5 stars. Service today was excellent. Had salads and chicken wings. Last 2 times I went here the service wasn't good. Went back today and we were the first ones in to be seated. Our server didn't come out right away. All tables except mine and the 2 next to me were all waited on and had drinks. Our server finally took our drink orders along with the other 2 table next to me. Our server took another 5 minutes to bring the drinks and then he went to another table to take an order. At that point, I decided to leave. I will not be back to this location. I just picked up a to go order and I finally went inside after waiting 25 minutes. Manager would not even talk to me. After another 15 minutes I was given these two items. The nachos and fried chicken had been sitting over 30 minutes. Chicken soggy and order was incorrect. Got corn instead of mashed potatoes. Nachos burned so badly can’t eat them. Called to speak with manager and no one came to phone! They charged me for food that was gross and inedible. They don’t deserve a 1 star. Don’t eat at this restaurant. Seriously!! Very disappointed as a rewards member!

We had dinner at in the bar area. I thought this was a bad sign but it wasn't. The bartender knew what he was doing. Our food and drink came quickly everything was good. The kicker is paying with gift cards and the app. He made it all work. Thank you! This Chili’s used to be good. Not sure what happened but every time I order online to take out they never bring my food when I check in, they just leave you sitting there for over 30 minutes and you have to call them to ask for your food. They stomp out there saying “oops so sorry” but it’s every single time. I watched other people wait then go in and get their food, and I would have myself, but I have an eye infection and can barely see and is the whole reason we ordered curbside. That’s just the beginning too. We get home and everything is cold, soggy, and not prepared the way it was requested. Hot foods were in the bag with cold food, my steak super tiny and was not medium rare, but extremely rare instead, the cheese fries had sat there so long we had to saw them apart because the cheese had become a solid block, sauces and topping containers were not even filled, the egg roll appetizers were not cut into 6 pieces but left as 3 huge pieces stuffed into a tiny container and were just straight mush, not even edible. All this food was nearly $70 and it’s not even edible. I’m disgusted and disappointed. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $50–100

Food was exactly as you would expect from Chili's cooked as it should be. Nothing special, just good food. What gave this a 5 star was the customer service and overall experience we had. Quick description. Waitress got our drinks then we didn't see her for a very long time. We asked around to a couple of staff and no one knew where she went. Few minutes goes by and another staff member comes up and explains the waitress had an emergency and had to leave. A new waitress came over from another side of the resteraunt to help us. She was already slammed with tables and showed up with a smile and genuinely seemed like she was happy to wait on us. Service for the evening was great. She frequently made eye contact with us and made sure we were ok as our night progressed. She was a pro. I am sad I did not catch her name. Carol I believe was the manager on duty. Not only did she make it a point to come and see us and explain the situation, she also discounted our meal for the wait and our patience. Truly outstanding service. Not because we got our food (4 people) discounted (thank you Carol) but because the staff and manager actually delivered the type of service I believe they would expect to get. They took it upon themselves to ensure their customers had a great dining experience and were encouraged to come back. Severely short staffed! The host or manager at the front was fairly rude the two times we've tried to eat there. Over an hour wait on a Sunday at 330pm. We sat in the bar & the bartender/waitress was busting her tail! Food was good & so was bartender so I'm leaving 4 stars. Probably won't return though.

My wife and I shared the fajita trio. It honestly could’ve been the worst fajitas I’ve ever had. Most of the food tasted like it was freezer burned. The black beans were awful.
