WoW! We were blown away by this location!! The food was fantastic, the service was wonderful, and everything was clean!! Our server, Santiago, was top notch and the manager, Darrin, even stopped by our table to ensure everything was satisfactory with our experience. We have been to other Chili's locations before, but this one has been the best. Everyone there seemed happy to be at work, and genuinely cared about their customers, which is hard to come by now a days. Update: Visited last weekend 12/3 and the environment and service seemed much different for the positive since 2 months ago. Food was great, tables were clean, and our server was crushing it (he was from Texas but didn’t catch his name). Had this been the first experience, we would have said 5/5 stars. Original Review: Sunday afternoon our family visited during a slow time (only 4 tables seated in bar room). Server was nice as well as the runner but we were the only table on our side of the room and were seated next to a dirty table which stayed dirty the entire hour we were there. No idea why as they were not busy by any means. Food was fine but a poor experience overall. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch

First time visiting this location of Chili's. We all ordered Fajitas, Southwestern Eggrolls and wings. I had shrimp and steak Fajita like I always do and it was delicious. Server was attentive, steak was cooked as we ordered it. Hard to mess up easy food like this. Updated review, chilis has some new menu items. The chicken tenders are hand breaded. Very tasty and light, juicy chicken. The Mac and cheese is also really good. Can't go wrong with Chilis Food: 5 Service: 5

We received a free queso and chips and assumed free refill of chips/salsa that came with the entree we ordered; however we were then charged for chips and salsa so essentially it wasn’t free. We had a couple margaritas and enjoyed trivia game, but since I feel they nickel and dimed us on the refill, we won’t be back. Too bad, had our waitress mentioned it to us, we wouldn’t have had it. I’m just disappointed overall. Service was mediocre and place was empty as well.
