Plenty of seating and a low-key atmosphere, I enjoyed it. The server was good, everything was timely and efficient. Food was good as well, better than your average chilis, but still chilis. I'd come again. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

I had an incredibly positive experience at this Chilis because of their amazing employee Hayden who helped answer my questions about my to-go order as well as going out of his way to make sure it was prepared at exactly the time I knew I would arrive. It was hot, delicious, and waiting for me upon my arrival even though it was late at night. His customer service went above and beyond! Went to Chili’s for the first time in years and we did a pick up order. The order was ready in about 10 min and everything tasted great, the customizations were all correct as well. They brought the order out as soon as I said I was there and the person who brought it out was very friendly. No complaints at all! Recently came back after a not so great visit. Whole different experience this time. Food was better, restaurant was cleaner and the the service was quick and simple. Dana was an amazing server. Took our orders, made some quick chit chat and left us feeling taken care of. Love it. Will be returning again soon. Thank you Dana and Chili's for the great service and delightful food. Music way to loud, could hardly hear the person next to me. Service was a disaster with many items missing then had to wait for them. The food was good but not very hot. Sauce for my boneless wings was all over the place. Not planning a return trip anytime soon if this is how they handle lunch rush.
