They were swamped with customers, and the service was very good. Food was delivered in a timely fashion. We celebrated my cousins 56th. Wedding anniversary. Kudos to you, Chili's. The Southwest Chicken looked good. However, we could not eat it because it was very dry and over cooked. On the bright side, the rice and beans were tasty. The ladies restroom was dirty and the toilets seemed to be damaged and did not flush at all. I'm so sorry to leave this review, but it was my experience that particular day. Maybe it was just one of those days. On the other hand, my parents visited this particular facility and their Southwest Chicken was tender and tasty. Chili's Mayaguez never disappoints. Great staff. Good food. A couple of days before going to the one in Mayaguez, I went to the one in Plaza Las Americas and had a great lunch. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $30–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The service was slow and we had to ask for refill of water, since we waited over 1/2 hour with empty glasses. The calamari was horrible; recommend to not waist your money on it. The main dishes was ok. Best plate of the night was the chuletas kan kan. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

was ok . We were in there for about an hour to just get 1 cup of water and out food with no one to come and check if we needed anything or wanted anything else. Food was bland and NOT as described. If you are used to the bottomless soup and salad this is not the place for you. The potatoe soups had about 3 cubes of potatoes, the Cesar salad was warm with only 1 piece of lettuce with dressing that looked like it had been there for hours, we asked our waiter for a side of dressing, still waiting in it....... The nachos what a freaking SCAM!!!!! Paid13.99 for 13 chips!!!!! With a dash of chicken and a sprinkle of pico. Do NOT Recommend!!! Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20

Went there for my birthday meal, it was perfect. Good service, very attentive, clean and just an all around good experience.

Overall a good place. I was there on Mother's Day and they were pretty fast and responsive. We didn't have to wait at all to be seated and to have our plates. Only thing was we asked our meat to be well done abd one was perfect but the other one was not as cooked.

Food was great. I had the appetizer platter and my wife had the shrimp bowl. The mini sliders were awesome, the egg rolls were awesome etc. It was good all around.
