Wow! The food and customer service is excellent!! A good place to sit down and eat on a layover. The portions are excellent and I love the triple appetizer! Which I actually order as a meal for myself. The salads were great and the drinks were ice cold! A selection of Good Tex-Mex food and the prices are fair. You can sit and watch sports, news, and the weather while enjoying your meal. You can grab a beer, wine, or something stronger at the bar! Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20

Don’t come in the evening I guess. Initially, I ordered a Quesadilla Explosion salad, but the chicken was squishy, paid extra for two slices of avocado, came out w dressing and returned. The squishy chicken was on the second salad. Very scant toppings, and overall a sad salad. When I mentioned that the salad was not up to par, I ordered chicken crispers. Something like little league concession stand grub was slapped in front of me, and when I asked if this was right, and that I remembered them having a soft batter-like chicken crisper in the past, the waitress said they don’t get the same ingredients as “on the street” Chili’s. Overall, terrible quality food, and distracted, cold service from the servers. Managers should coach up and be present. I know we’re captive to the whims of the airlines, but this is a chain, so they need to at least attempt to do better.

In airports, dining options can be limited or simply way overpriced. Since Chili's is a chain, you have an idea of what to expect and prices are reasonable. Seating at this airport terminal location is limited (by gate C-35); it depends on key hours. On the first part of my trip, I went here for a burger and loved it. Service was great and friendly, and the food was awesome. I highly recommend their burgers and fries. You can add-on items like avocado, bacon, and more. On my return, there was a cold snap, and the whole airport was in turmoil. I decided I would try their bowl of chili. I've had many different kinds of chili over the years; I can say this was way too salty and caustic with too much spice. I can't believe I'm writing that because I love salt and spicy food! I thought it would be comfort food, but it was difficult to eat even part of it. If there was ground beef present, it was undiscernible. Other than the chili, everything else was either great or acceptable. On your bill, there is a code to scan to pay online. I was amazingly shocked by a Chili's restaurant being across from my gate during my travels. Even crowded I was able to get a seat quickly. The wait staff was courteous and attentive. Most importantly the food was delivered quickly and it was a great experience. Definitely will be looking for this Chili's location when going through Dallas Fort Worth Airport. I missed my flight leaving Dallas for San Diego and came here for dinner. It's in the airport and seemed like it might be a place where I could find something to eat and maybe have a drink... I sat at the bar and ordered a glass of wine and the salmon. The salmon plate was excellent. The salmon was a large steak perfectly grilled with a wonderful sauce on top. The sides were a delicious red rice and a generous portion of steamed broccoli. The only complaint I have is that the wine was thirteen dollars for a small pour and so I only had one glass. Crowded, typical airport restaurant. Being a new addition to terminal C, I expected more. Not sure why, honestly. Rice was dry and crunchy. Almost as dry and crunchy as the salmon. Broccoli was just dry. Took 35min to get my meal and the paper straw just detracted to the whole experience as it slowly deteriorated in my drink. Should have eaten before coming to the airport. Very courteous staff. I eat only halal so they replaced the burgers with veggie patty. Gave an extra refill for the nice strawberry tea, which was 70 calories as per the menu. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Terrible service! My wife and I ordered an entree to share. Tanisha, the waitress asked if she could bring a separate bowl since we were sharing the entree. We thanked her and accepted. We received our meal in two separate bowls and thanked the server for splitting it up for us. When we received the bill we were charged for two separate entrees. We informed Tanisha that we were charged for two entrees instead of one. She had her manager come and ask us what our issue was. We explained the situation and he ardently refused to remove the entree that we did not order. This was the worst customer service that I've ever experienced and will never dine at Chili's again. If you’re getting a drink, go somewhere else (TGI Fridays). I had 2 mixed drinks, not even sure they put alcohol in them… $16 each and they only made my stomach hurt.
