This bar serves good margaritas. As a number of reviewers remark, tea is really good. Guests don't like grilled chicken at Chili's. The convenient location of this place makes it easy to reach by any transport. Most visitors state that the staff is patient. Service at this spot is something one can name spectacular. Prices are affordable for the quality you receive. There is charming atmosphere at this bar, as people see it. But Chili's hasn't gained a high rating from Google users.

So coming from a server/manager background I was impressed. They were all on point. Was met at the door by the manager who was warm and friendly, and knew his job and did it well. The service though was impeccable. Her name was Crystal and she was light hearted, patient, and all around pleasant. Very good at her job. The food came out sizzling. When we arrived, they were not crowded, but we were not greeted promptly. We had to wait a while before being acknowledged. We were seated in a booth that was less than spotless. The staff was pleasant, but our meal arrived later than expected. However, the food was good, but not all of it was hot. The texture and color of the ranch dressing changed, indicating that some dishes sat longer than others. If the restaurant were a bit cleaner and the staff more attentive the experience would have been much better! Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

I’ve had a better experience at this location. 07/18/23 was the worst. Burger bun & tomato was mushy,fries were cold & overcooked,wings were ok,not hot,but warm enough. I immediately came back inside about the fries & got “fresh fries “. Seem like they were cooked in bad grease🤷🏽‍♀️I ordered curbside & the sauce from the wings were spilled throughout the bag. This was our first time visiting this location. Came about 8pm on Sunday night. It was pretty empty so we chose our seats near the bar. Our server, Vanessa was amazing! She was friendly and attentive and made us feel welcome. Our food was hot and delicious, and we didn't have to ask for anything as she was on point. We spent about $57 not including tip for 2 adults and a child. We had leftovers and did I mention Vanessa was amazing?! Will def be back. Girlfriends monthly lunch date and a friend chose Chili's. I hadn't eaten at a Chili's in years and we arrived after normal lunch hour, so wasn't too busy, bar area had most seats taken up by couples talking, all were eating & drinking, some with their laptops. We sat at booths and all of us enjoyed our meals. Reviews I saw the night before on my tablet about the food wasn't complimentary but what we enjoyed was fresh and scrumptious. They had special corn on cob which they've added a special taste twist. Ordered nachos to go. Wanted no meat or queso, just melted shredded cheese. I got 3 foil sheets with 4 chips each. Doesn't anybody make good nachos here in the St Louis area? I just want to begin by saying I would never recommend this location to anybody . 2 nights ago we decided to stop in for a late dinner because some new items on the menu caught our eye and it’s close by . .. The lemonade , watered down. The appetizer took 40 mins to come out (egg rolls) The SW egg rolls tasted microwaved ( I actually asked our server if they did that) ; it had cold spots throughout the appetizer and very soggy. The server apologized but didn’t take it off the bill or offer a resolution. We ordered 2 smokehouse platters , everything except the chicken crispers and jalapeño sausage was TERRIBLE. The fries room temp and limp , the wrong half quesadilla on the plate , ribs were like beef jerky , when the right quesadilla came out 30 mins later (CBR) , it had a weird citrus taste to it, corn was soggy and had sooooooo much black pepper on it that it was overpowering . The whole entire experience was just disappointing. The back of house deff doesn’t care about quality control and the server just didn’t seem to care either. I wouldn’t even feed that food to my dog. Very bad service foodbwas wrong and the manager on shift insisted the food was wrong even know she was shown the problem blaming my wife for there problem server was very rude and un responsive to service had to get damn near everything myself to have my children taken care of from stars for there drink to napkins about the only thing I didn't get was the actual food and I could of and have cooked better food for them. I went to Chili's three times in one week. It is not cheap, I enjoy there happy hour drinks, When I tell you they know how to make a drink, please believe it will sneak up on you. The food was amazing every time I went. I was not disappointed. I usually order for me and my daughter, wings, burger or chicken fajitas. This place has been in my neighborhood for years, an I had never been now I can't get enough. Lol. The food was good, our server was awesome. But I am upset about the fries. I ordered cheese on my fries and instead of my server telling me that they don't have just cheese fries she rang me up for $6 Texas fries without the bacon and other ingredients. She didn't tell me until the end when it was time to pay because if that was the case then I wanted the bacon and other ingredients that come on it. I paid full price but missing ingredients unknown to me. Next time just say that.
