On the night of January 30th, at about 9:50 pm. my 14-year-old son walked in Chili's Grill & Bar to pick up a food order. He walked in and politely asked the staff member there that he was here for a pick-up order. The lady looked at him and ignored him without saying one word and then continued talking to another employee, leaving my son standing there waiting. After several minutes passed by, she then went to go and grabbed the food order and then handed it over to him. My son had the proper manners, and he politely thanked her and said "Have a wonderful night" and her response was "yeah, whatever". As grown-ups, we should be role models for the younger generation as they are our future. This lady's attitude is unacceptable. I was in the car and I saw what happened, and asked my son what was wrong as soon as he came out, and he had a huge disappointment on his face when he returned to the car. It's obvious that this lady needs to either find a new job or work on her customer service skills. She needs to check on her attitude the next time. I will be following up with this matter. This location is a very well hidden spot. We met up here with our church group a few weeks ago and had a wonderful fellowship. The signature food was great as always and the wait staff was very attentive and courteous😎 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The food was fine, never great, but fine. The service by Joslin was mediocre. She was chatting with fellow servers constantly, if not seeming to flirt with another other table. The food runner deserved most of the tip. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

We've been coming to this Chili's for a few months now. I think we've been either 3 or 4 times now and we always come on Sundays within a few hours of when they open. There's usually a woman working there in glasses, I think her name starts with an 'M' but I am terrible at remembering names. Anyway, prior to visiting this location I think the last time we had been to a Chili's must've been during Obama's first term. We're talking like 10+ years ago here. But we got the craving for a Presidente margarita last year and Googled the nearest Chili's and while this one wasn't the closest we picked it anyway and we're SO GLAD that we did. Every time we go there we get incredible service, very little wait time, and hot delicious food. There was one time where we think the shrimp may not have been properly cleaned, but aside from that it's been nothing but perfect experiences. I can't claim to know what the service or food is like during the week or on Saturdays, but if you go early in the afternoon on Sunday, it's amazing. The last time we went I swear to god our food arrived like 5 minutes after ordering it. Hot, fresh, delicious. I've never been so completely off guard by the quality of a restaurant in my life! I thought Chili's was supposed to be bad 🤣

On time but it’s not hot. I think since I have ordered a combo deal and a carry out option. It’s been prepared earlier and they have given me. So better don’t go for carry out with Chill’s. So it’s not value for money.

This is one of my favorite restaurants. We went today and ordered some Classic Nachos with Chicken and Steak Fajitas. The nachos were very good and the Steak Fajitas were delisious. Good service. The staff was really friendly.

Food is consistent and good, but service is what you would expect from a national chain restaurant - lacking. We stood at the front for two minutes before a lady at the bar came to seat us. Apparently they had no hostess working. The tattood young lady serving us was nice, but absent. I had to get up three times during our lunch meal: to ask someone to come take our order, to ask someone to bring us some water because our cups had been empty for 10 minutes, and to ask someone to take our payment because our waitress left us the check then disappeared for 10 minutes, and our table did not have one of those mobile payment devices. It takes me 10 seconds to pull my credit card out. I can't understand why a server would disappear for so long after bringing the check. It was 2 PM and there were only four table occupied including ours. Made no sense why they were so slow. We finally got up and started walking out when she came to take our payment.
