Terrible experience. Waited 30 minutes to get my order taken. Waited another 38 minutes for my appetizer to come out, got the entrees 5 minutes after. Food was cold, tasteless, and sad. Asked for ranch 2x, and was brought blue cheese both times. Cajun pasta sauce was 95% sour creme, 5% yellow cheese, 0% spices, served on cold pasta that was burned in a microwave. Fajita plate was bland and tasteless. Country fried chicken with gravy was a cold, dry, bitter joke. Service was poor, slow, and rude. Way over priced. Never dining at this chilis again. AVOID AT ALL COST. Youre better off in the food court.

Meal was good as expected. Hadn't visited in a long, long time. Meat content of a big mouth burger was much smaller. Bread changed as well. Crust was crumbly. Did not like it. Service was great, staff was friendly and spacing was nice (COVID restrictions).
Excellent food and big quantities. Unfortunately on the day I visited, no beef cuts (rib-eye) was available.
Service is very quick and friendly. Recommended.
I asked for a drink and was waiting about 20 minutes and had to ask again since they forgot all about it. Other then that the food was great.

The A/C was off, place felt very hot. Waiters took forever to take the order, and they took at least 30 min to get the drinks to the table despite the place not being full. Food was okay. My rating is for the service.
I liked very much for delicious meal and kind service. My order was prepared very quickly. 😊👍🏻👍🏻
