I bought a big bucket (many portions!) of mutton curry and froze it to take on a family holiday. It was absolutely delicious and everyone loved it! I froze the sambals too and surprisingly they were perfect!

So after leaving a kak review. I found out that the owner's son had a hospital emergency and he shut quickly to attend to this. So today we arrived just before closing and had the chicken korma Bunny special. Add chilli was added to mine. Yum. I must admit I prefer chicken with bone on as it's much more tender thanks the deboned breasts nevertheless it was delicious 😋

Came with an appetite and so tried both the mutton curry and butter chicken with roti. Both were excellent and proper value for money.
Mutton can often be tough and over-spiced. This was neither - cooked to perfection! And the butter chicken gravy can be a meal on its own.
You can tell only quality ingredients used (no oil slick or sugar dump) made it the gift that kept on giving… still felt revitalised hours later.
Just the right hotness (not hot) made it all the more moreish.
Can’t wait to try the bunny chow!

Talk about a flavour avalanche!
Really great food! Generous portions and a variety of dishes to suit most taste buds.
Sedgefield has definitely gained diamond with Wayne’s delicious food and fantastic conversation.

I recently tried the mutton curry with roti at the restaurant, and the taste was absolutely superb! It's definitely one of the best Durban curries I've had in South Africa. Highly recommended!

The perfect takeaway!! Delicious home cooked curry choices!! Best is I grab a few extras and keep them in the freezer - for when I need a quick easy yummy meal!!

Very friendly, quick service and really great curry! Portion size was generous. Tried the durban mutton and chicken with roti and both were excellent and very full of flavour.

If you're looking for a home cooked style meal that is made with alot of love this is the place to be. Also the people that work there are so friendly and welcoming. It ticks all the boxes.

I had their Roti. Was delicious. Not to hot but had a definately kick to it and the Roti itself melted in the mouth. Will definately be back. One of Sedgefield hidden treasures.
