The food for a 2 item and a side of meat and small egg flower soup for one person came out to $19. This place is an expensive panda express. Food was decent and the lady gave a good amount so I have no complaints. Price per person $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

This is the first time I've been to this Chinese restaurant in La Mirada that I've never ate before in all of my life. It's really nice on the inside and I can cross Chinese Taste Fast Food off my bucket list.

I came across this place when I was shopping for a Halloween Costume at the Goodwill few doors down. I had a side of Chow Mein and 2 eggs rolls, they were tasteful! I was superise since it seem place was not busy, it was clean and staff was friendly I'll be back to try more items!

Absolutely delicious. I got white rice, orange chicken, and green bean chicken. The green bean chicken was the best I've ever had!! I definitely recommend this place. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Wow. The food is delicious and even though it’s on a hot bar it’s not dry at all! This is like Panda but 10x better! The employee was really helpful and quick. This chow menu bowl with orange chicken and jalapeño chicken was only like $5.50! Definitely going to be coming here more often.

I have been coming here every since they opened many years ago. I have always had a good experience here. I was going to my son's house and decided to order food for everyone at Chinese Taste. I ordered all large size chicken and broccoli, green beans chicken, jalapeno chicken, orange chicken, 2 chop suey vegetables, fried rice, chow mein noodles, chicken rice noodles, and kung pao chicken. Everything was very delicious. My daughter in law does not like Chinese food but now she has a change of heart, she loved the food. We all had enough leftover for dinner the next day. This place used to be really good. I remember coming here to get food with my grandma before she passed away, and I always loved it! I wpukd regularly go here, but recently, the chow mein is always overcooked. The orange chicken is soggy, not in a good way, and tastes like it sits there awhile. I like the green bean chicken, but they usually are out of it. I believe the server is Maria. She is always in a bad mood, and it reflects on the food. My abuela used to say that if you are in a bad mood while handling or cooking food, it will never taste good. With the rising prices, I don't really see myself going back due to the price going up and the quality going down. A line of customers waiting to be served and they're too busy worrying about phone orders. I'd say take care of the customers right in front of you and deal with the phone orders later. Been going here since the old owners were there and the goodwill was still open (it's now long gone). I honestly prefer the new owners and how they've cleaned up the place. The menu design was redone/ actually decent, they fixed up some of the interior and actually added more to the menu (I believe the smoothie/shake options are new). The food remains delicious and they don't skimp you of any of the options (some places put very little meat or overpack the rice), they really pack it in for you. Keep up the great work, please don't ever close (I hate Panda express). Service Take out
